CARDS ON THE TABLE31 Jan 2020 10:23
Without prejudice.
Please note that Im not known for good grammar or spelling..
Sincere thanks to the many, who too, are unhappy with Valirx management and bold enough to share their concerns and views, through the good offices of Valju
I will be in touch with all, as a group, to feedback common held concerns and suggestions in order to commence developing a strategy at the forthcoming investor meeting.
So, as from Monday, unless anyone more suited comes forward under this subject heading, I will move us on.
In the meantime, as for me, I will now share my thoughts.
From being misguidedly defensive of George Morris and Satu, up to approximately nine months ago I now no longer believe a word they say or write.
I do not believe they have any deal in place, or even trying to push one through....if they are selfish, and on their own ego trips, why should they?....as I have been assisting them to live a good life... result ...share dilution.
Apart from those two, if anyone at board level is trying to find a way through, but fails I will thank them for trying, as I suspect some on the board will desperately need a scapegoat. I do not wish it to be them or anyone else genuinely trying to bring us back from the edge.
So, if I am correct, we may have wonderful, potential drug lines, with huge future potential, but probably deliverable via vultures, sitting on the side lines and waiting to pick clean the remains of a dead Valirx.
Of course they will need technical support and I am sure George and Satu have that in abundance, some say they also have IP!!!
As for all above, they have few days to prove me wrong!
This slow death by a thousand Valirx cuts, has not done nothing fro my health. Under any other circumstances I would admit 100% responsibility to the fact that any stock market investment is a gamble and I am man enough to admit to my failings
However if the dice has been loaded, and I say if, because this will only be revealed via post mortem of a collapsed company, lets have it sooner than later and make those responsible accountable.
So its poo or bust as far as I'm concerned and I have approximately 16m shares, all of which have been purchased between 7p and 0.14p.........and almost none traded in the interim.
So there we are, you all now know how I feel and I will not argue in LSE debate any further, preferring to leave it to others.
As I said it will be us...and we must keep our cards close to our chest
So, preferring to integrate with with the consensus of those who are contacting Valju, my aim is to make a difference to the benefit of Valirx sharesholders.
If we can agree reasonable proposals for the Valirx BOD to buy into, with the proviso that if they dont deliver we do our utmost to defeat the consolidation package, we may turn the tide to our benefit.
If we cannot, and the BOD continue taking the mickey, at least we tried.
In the meantime I urge all GENUINE investors to contact valju and add power to OUR elbow.
