I should have mentioned that each and every time we've had promises of good news to come...like a plonker I've believed them and bought in....even defended them....well enough's enough....I strongly urge all who feel as betrayed as me to shame two company directors in particular....Satu and GM....and possibly a manager....their "business development manager" or whoever has been responsible for setting up the disastrous placings....might let him off the "spiral of death deal though".....was it a company in Finland....please advise if I've got it wrong....guessing the IP was the prize for that one.....albeit the value is not reflected in the current sp!!!!!

Ps....I've made a direct request to GM for shareholder involvement in placings....each time he made every excuse why it isn't possible.
Not withstanding too, excuses why the bod are not prepared to buy in....latest one....too inside....So why can directors of other companies buy into the company the manage.....

Actions speak louder than words....anyone know what the sp was then and whose had added value since?... May I suggest the chosen few involved in placings...What I do know is that it isn't me!!!

The steal was allowing so many new shares to be issued for a short term gain....each time diluting the value of LTH's....and not allowing their involvement in placings...net effect.....each time...the sp drops like a stone....in the words of Jim Slater at Crittall Hope...'I don't employ you for your loyalty'
Only difference with val is share holders pay salaries and bonuses of directors who show no loyal 'what so ever' to Long Term Shareholders choosing to dilute their holders to oblivion and in the proess....I suspect provide short term gains to City...dare I say it...mates!!

I'd love to think someone s buying in big time but in reality it's 11m shares = £11k.....gnats pee....probably looking to make 10% or £1k....in a few days...I'd like to think differently....but it's going to take a lot more buying and a decent lift in the sp to convince me it's not a short termer.

I hope it's a record....as I'd feel very sad for shareholders who have ever had to endure a worse calamity

Wouldn't argue with you at all Valju ....You know how angry I am with George regarding the spiral of death deal.....and he does too. So I'm not sticking up for him.....I'm looking at keeping the ship afloat until deals are concluded.
It's just following the logic, as Roses mentioned, that if one has to fall on their sword....whose currently the most despensible whilst trials are ongoing.........that my only logic for pointing the finger a Satu and then creating the slot for bringing in a professional business CEO....not a scientist....they are most suited to the Laboratory.
A professional would soon sort the wheat from the chaff, whilst ensuring continuity of the business. Thoughts?

Although from a emotional stance I understand why you are pointing the finger in that direction....but from both a vicarious and practical stance... surely the CEO is ultimately liable....and thats Satu.
In practice, who is running the trials....is it not GM with Victoria and Suzy?.....think about it ..not worth cutting noses to spite faces.....thoughts?

So long as the right one is given their marching orders....and not another Scape goat....GM suggested their legal brief as most responsible for the "spiral of death deal"....but we couldn't vote it through at the AGM..... ...As for me , so long as its not another "lamb to the slaughter" like say their.....business development manager or the likes, as surely he would just make recommendations to the BOD.
So on that basis, who would you suggest as the most accountable for the terrible state of the share price deterioration?

Without qualified directors the company would probably be placed into admin or at best suspended.
If the BOD were sacked as directors their employment could not be terminated without proper notice.
They could also take the matter to an employment tribunal for unfair dismissal...if a water tight reason for dismissal was not in place.
Trials data could not be validated with credibility as there would probably be no one qualified to administer, interpret and report the science.
Finally....as a positive, if the BOD were minded, they could set up a blind employee fund share scheme. The bod could then buy stock as since it is blind it would not breach insider rules.
Food for thought and discussion by those of you who know far more than me.

Thanks Roses....I will follow with interest.... clearly price sensitive information must be shared via formal media.....albeit, in my book, individual investor communication with individual BOD members regarding non price sensitive matters should be encouraged...so long as it's on record and available for scrutiny.
