Agreed Dracky.....I stuck up for them too until the spiral of death fiasco....which I'll never forgive ....a measly few thousand for IP's cost shareholders hundreds of thousands....it was then I realized what a bloody fool I was investing in what I had believed to be a company under attack from de-rampers.....now I can appreciate the hurt they had experienced....and John's demise capped it off.....How many investors have lost their savings between the likes of Woodford and Valirx......common denominator....greedy business management.. who blame investors as gamblers... But surely, any investment is a gamble ...only worse, for the investor, if the dice is loaded. I hope I end up continuing to blame myself.....as the thought of anyone planning a disaster akin to Valirx share Demise is too cruel to even contemplate.

Hi Nomlungo.... believe me...I'd be the first to be relieved if it's only down to poor management and exotic life style....... But anything worse is totally unacceptable and, if suspected must be fully investigated and if there is any evidence of intentional misleading investors...or worse....they must be made answerable.

I know of at least one closed group as I was invited in.....but not for placings.....no another group back in 2016 and then through to the Picasso fraud....I wonder who was involved in the placings as certain names keep popping up....funny how people move around in such a small area in London.

And thus as an upstanding member of the AIM Casino community I have penned a quick email to my pal Liam Murray at Nomad Cairn Financial about today's RNS from ValirX (VAL) which appears to fail the accuracy test. I write.
Dear Liam,
I do not want you to think that I am a tedious pedant but....
This morning’s announcement by ValiRx, which was approved by your fine firm of Cairn Financial in its capacity as Nomad, references a legal entity by the name of “ETX Capital Limited” Problemo Amigo!:
No such company exists at Companies House.
Has ValiRx appointed a non-UK broker?
Or has Cairn failed to perform proper due diligence on the correct legal name to put in the RNS? Did Cairn, for example, intend to reference “Monecor (London) Limited, trading as ETX Capital”?
I wonder if you might need to reissue the RNS so that it is er, ...true?

Says it all....what the market thinks of Valirx management.

I don't scooby and what's more he hasn't replied to any messages I've sent him.....he's probably cautious as I've stuck up for GM so many times in the past . Like a fool I've been suckered in .....only myself to blame....but if theres any opportunity to make GM and Satu accountable for their unprofessional behaviour...or worse... I'm in.

Agreed scooby....we've both been there face to face with a pack of self centred wolves....to look us in the eyes tell us one thing and then do what they are doing is completely unacceptable.. at best gross professional misconduct.
I don't mind if I lose every penny I've invested....so long as they are made accountable for anything that is deemed to be incompetence or worse.

Is right...this must be taken up with authorities.....I urge all to report events to the authorities....pumping up the sp with false reports...talking with six parties. Now it appears theres none ....just valiseek...but who have they been talking with? ...how hard have they tried?....what opportunities have they missed?.....how many have they not bothered to even meet pre-agreed commitments?
Surely some of you know.. If any of you are gagged but know something that is now becoming clearly worthy of investigation.. I urge you to report it...remember the law is on your side.....when I complained to the SFO several months ago....I was urged to get as many as possible to complain....they need numbers and info.... That was their advise.. as currently their hands are tied.

Still it wouldn't surprise me if they make someone else fall on their sword.. let's see what happens!!!!!!

Probably drinking fine wines, enjoying global holidays, buying property....It looks to me as if the only one trying to move things forward is Suzy......I'm just so angry....GM and Satu behaving so unprofessionally.....I just hope the opportunities they have missed are eventually made public.....but knowing them both they are probably wrapped up by paper thin gagging orders.

Good morning Obelix....Agreed mate....for a couple supposedly seeking to relieve human suffering they are happy to inflict it on their investors....I just hope the events of the last year are in the sights of the authorities....I refer to the "spiral of death deal" in particular. Its not acceptable to blame it on anyone else. Last year GM said if anyone was to fall on their sword it should be their lawyer..... not any member of staff...but whose it going to be this time.... enough's enough...the buck stops with Satu and GM....they are the ones who should be re-signing to allow professionals with business acumen to do the job a clutch of fine wine drinking, self opionated Phd's are incapable of.
