I had hoped for an RNS of substance this morning given the gun to our heads.
Have tried to be professional but what I'm receiving from a certain person is really annoying.
As I say....some have too much time for playing games on social media.
All we are asking for is something of substance.... something that delivers on promises..... currently it remains smoke and mirrors.. so frustrating.

I genuinely feel for you Taverham. So many have lost so much and still the greedy BOD are only interested in taking....Well no longer....I am certain we have them on the run. They are probably dazzled by the brightness of out headlights......Surely they will respond to our constructive comments and do the honourable thing, dispel any unfounded rumours and .....I repeat...invest heavily....yes heavily and regain our trust by sharing the hit with us.
Not much to ask.......or of course deliver....as promised!

and is to be commended for it....but apparently laid a couple of eggs. So one or two pledges received will be not only reversed but probably supportive of the share consolidation. But fear not.....our group is united and on top of things and more enthused than ever to force home the fact that we will be heard.
We will be respected and we still expect the BOD to not only accept our criticisms but challenge any that are unfounded....we should also respect that.
I am sure the BOD must be reviewing the matter and I just hope they take up some of your recommendations.
As far as I'm concerned that includes Investing in our joint future and taking significant pain of consolidation.
On the plus side, If they invest now....its bargain basement.
If it causes them problems.....closed season, gas bill overdue and all that...Val surely must have reserves to allow rescheduling the meeting !

Please excuse me, as I am a bit tired.
I will put it succinctly.
If George and Satu decide to invest in the company they run on our behalf they can acquire cheap shares and take some of the pain when further cash raises are required.....as it most surely will be necessary.
Perhaps then the market may consider the company a safer bet and we all win.....
as less damaging for us all.

Agreed Sl100....I think our boundary is 125/1 consolidation and it's consequences for us all.
Perhaps Val bod may extend the boundary by risking some of their own wealth in order to get us to their promised land...let's face it they are our Moses....and I don't see us dancing round a golden heathen idol ...looks to me they are past masters of that... Oh I forgot....their too inside, got gas bills to pay ...better investments like property....and why should they.....perhaps they will now reconsider their position and take out one or two loans/mortgages...and buy some cheap stock.....why's it cheap....they should look in the mirror..

....if I was a fly on the wall in GM's office he'd possibly blame me for the recent share price decline.
He might even accuse me of working in tandem with others....share holders....well guess I am, as we have a group.
We talk with each other and try to understand whats going on and what our options are for recovering our positions.
So if I was that fly and could reply to him I would ask him to consider if his actions had anything to do with the current state of affairs.
I don't know what his reply would be.... but please believe me that if things go tits up because Val cannot secure the funding for whatever they actually have of worth.....yet to be revealed and hopefully soon!.....please please don't blame me for what may happen.
I have been honest with you.....my 16m will be worthless and I haven't sold but like a fool bought in further hoping to hold my position trusting for that allusive promised/suggested turn round...or whatever... over and over again.....but this latest RNS takes the biscuit and he should not be allowed to walk over us.
That's my lot for tonight.....lets see what tomorrow brings us.....if good news I'll wear sack cloth and ashes for a few days..... I'll still hold and await confidence to restore....well unless tempted to cut and run.

We are on a winner provided we get invited on mass to attend the meeting on 17th......it would not take too much effort provided we have those who have pledged to vote actually vote against the consolidation.
As our % of stock pledged to defeat the the consolidation is increasing we need to ensure that any cuckoo doesnt just do the opposite and renege on their promise.
If, as I'm pretty certain they are 5th columnists within our group they still don't know how we are doing as they remain blind copied......trust me the feedback is excellent but our actions speak louder than words.
Lets keep calling their bluff and add to the numbers rejecting the consolidation.
Lets attend on mass and get our way for once.
You never know.....a certain cuckoo many soon realise that resistance is futile.......come on turn the tables....let us little guys get a fair crack of the whip for once.

I ask as with all the thousands of millions of Valirx shares out in circulation I find it hard to believe they are almost all owned by small privater investors.
Please help as, even if placed in front of me, I would be out of my depth trying to decipher myself.

A share holder who is voting against the consolidation cannot make the meeting as a disabled relative is dependant on them.
They live miles away from London.
The question is ....can they instruct their broker to give authority for someone to represent then and, if necessary vote for them on 17th.
In this particular instance, I am being asked but guess the rules may well disallow it.....so verification required?

Phone you broker, obviously have security details at the ready (not like me...but got there in the end)
Tel them, the stock, name the rns details.
Ask them to register your vote.....one way or the other.
Register the fact that you wish to attend the meeting, if that's your intention.
You will them receive details of the meeting, direction, etc etc
You know my feelings, I am voting the proposed share consolidation down and wish to attend.
Remember the meeting isn't about venting anger/disappointment but ensuring your voice is taken into account through a democratic process. Best wishes. Fred

As for me, what with Fred the Shred and his mates, Woodford, Angel, intercytex....and so on....I'm screwed.
Only myself to blame, but if theres been wrong doing in any company, I hope those guilty are held liable, along with the risk of their assets siezed, wherever and whoever they rest with.
Not rewarded with a fat cat pension.
