The actual price of oil will be passed onto passengers, now extrapolate that increase from say $80p/b to $120 p/b and then divided that with the number of passengers on planes and it does not increase their fares by that much, I think one analyst put it about $6-8.00 per seat.

Really, who knows what handshakes go on behind closed doors. Most, if not all of the stock market is rigged.
The idea I had of the stock market when I was young, was that people or companies (pensions) would invest long term in companies that showed growth potential, good business sense, slightly ethical (!?) and then you would get a decent ROI. None of this 200 x earnings rubbish or 'potential'. Then the dotcom bubble burst and I kind of understood. But I guess I forgot, 'cos here I am!

Outside contractors are the worst, they have zero interest in expediting anything, they are on contract. The longer something takes the longer they are on the payroll.
If ever I have an issue, I raise it, if nothing comes of that I go straight to the head office dept and raise it with them. No second or third chances.
