I agree John I've been trying to get this point across for a while, that is, if Darwin own so many shares as they do and will when they're out, surely their prime desire will be to see those shares rocket in price over the next period of time. Like anyone they would want to buy cheap and sell high. So why would they be forward selling at any price anything like it is now? They also must have some faith in the management, and let's face it they will have had more dealings with them directly than any of us, in that they must have an inkling that future sales from our products and divisions such as water will have the potential to boost the share price massively. And in so doing, give them multiples of what they have invested in the company. My thoughts only, but I hope it makes sense to some of you too. Baz

And going to break my own rule of selling when I reach a target. Back in June last year when I bought I had a fantasy target of £8. Think I should hold until Spring next year and see what happens. GLA. Baz

Some of you may have been following the developments at Scomi - our PlatDril customer. Their shares were suspended on Friday until yesterday pending a big announcement and now they are back on track, planning consolidation between sectors in their group and also their shares. This will reduce costs and allow for expansion. I disagree - if you plan to long term hold, I feel that the next year will be very positive: increased production; dividends re-introduced; lower costs and if the copper price rises then another stimulus.

Yes I agree with you about the cost of the flights! Regarding Darwin, irrespective of the lawlessness of AIM, Darwin are bound by the rules and laws overseen by the FSA, so they would HAVE to declare. Anyway, I acknowledge we're all frustrated, but perhaps in this silly August season of no news and poor Summer weather, we can dream of a time when Platdrill is the go-to product used by shale gas extractors around the world, our water business saves the planet with its H2O technology and the company's valuation reaches £1.7bn as the share price tops £10. We can but dream. The fundamentals are there...we just need some action. Funny thing is, as I've said before on here, ASOS bought me my 5 bed house in London and now KAZ is already up 6x since I bought that last year...so why not fireworks here in the next two years? Hi Earlstone, I do feel your pain and we are all in this together as a certain person used to say! Two thoughts: 1: regarding Darwin-I can't find any reference to declared short positions by them. These have to be legally declared and I can't find reference to this on any of the regulatory sites showing this.Are you sure this is not just heresay? 2: . If enough of us could group together in formation of a shareholders' action group, we could force an EGM so that the directors would have to explain the position of the company in detail. We would need to own 15% of the company between us to do this. I am almost 3%. it was never going to be easy getting clarity from directors based on the other side of the world, but we can force the issue. Any thoughts?

Now wouldn't it be nice if we could not only get a dividend in 2018, but also make a re-entry into the FTSE 100? This continues to be a long term hold for me.

JP - the RNS of 3 weeks ago detailed current position and future. Not dormant. As for Darwin, whatever you think of them, they are continuing to put money in and convert to shares. They are holding the shares, clearly believing the company is turning round as per the Annual Report and hope to make a packet later on when the share values rise. I feel for you if you bought in at 65p. I bought in at 17.5p but have averaged down to just over 3p. Will continue to do so in the next 4 weeks to lower this again keeping just under the 3% ownership threshold. The Directors are not in this for just their salaries - they own too many shares and it can only be in their interest to see this company turn around and become a success.

Excellent figures indeed. I note the phrase..."$340 million available for drawing" - perhaps a hint to the market that a dividend is on the cards subject to the second six months continuing this upward progression?

agreed. Don't forget our recent rise has been quite spectacular, so it's inevitable that there would be some fallback. However, the general trajectory is certainly up long-term.

Don't count on the spread or the supposed 'sells' shown here. In the last two weeks I've bought nearly 2m shares and almost all have been quoted as sells here when in fact buys. The spread means nothing if you have a decent broker that gets a buy price that looks to some like a sell. I use TD.

Excellent pair of articles in the Sunday Times yesterday, focusing on Glencore but as much about KAZ. Talking about everything from a squeeze on copper supplies going into next year; the need for copper in electric cars and much more. Looks good for a long term hold...glad I bought in June last year after watching for nearly 10.

More Darwin loan notes exchanged for shares in yesterday's RNS. Only 18 loan notes left. We're getting there. The company continues to receive finance whatever many of you think of Darwin. For me the hold continues and also the buy at this level for me. Not least to average down!

News today in the FT that the new GSK boss has announced that she is shedding 30 of the rare disease departments and is considering buying existing companies with very good science so far in attempts to treat rare diseases. That puts us on the radar in my opinion, and MMs would likely think the same.

FT today reports that China is to ban imports of scrap metal from next year. This will boost newly mined copper hugely, not least because China consumes 50% of the world's copper. Looks like we could be in for a very nice ride ahead.

At least that's a third of the Darwin notes converted. When they start converting they imply they think they have found the bottom price...otherwise why convert? Let's get the rest of the Darwin notes converted, all the cash in the bank and the sales team selling products into multiple markets.

haha JP I wish. i've got quite a lot staked on this and will be buying more in a few weeks when I have the money. As I've said before I thought this was one of those shares that could fly past £5 or collapse without a trace! In this business when we use the phrase do your own research, it absolutely has to be your own decision that tells you how things may go. One thing we have all been saying here is that we need a top quality sales staff to sell our products internationally. What was good in last week's RNS was the fact that several references were made to sales staff ramping up the sales of the products in the future. Hopefully all the ducks are in a row now and we can move forward positively. good luck all, and I really mean that. Baz
