A very good article in the Telegraph today describing the White House’s push for US investment and grants to companies around the world in rare earth/ copper etc. This includes Australia.

Should we assume there are talks in the background about such investment in or grants to Cobra?

But not revealing the most obvious point in a loan statement....the interest rate...

I think people may be worried about Clogau if you read the RNS. If you've been here for donkey's years like me, you know that when Clogau is not bringing the most exciting news, new international explorations appear on the horizen and it feels like Groundhog Day when this happens over and over. Just saying..

So… With predictions of further market losses because of Trump’s new China tariffs, coupled with China’s new duties on the export of rare earths, should this all not bode well for us?

We are Australian listed in London. We have rare earths that are not in China.

YES! Better to have a slightly smaller share of something that’s fully financed for the time being, than risk being called on for more funds from Alba.

This is an institutional investor, which is also positive.

…or if Groc Mcap goes to £500mn maybe we just sell 1% !!

So thinking out loud as a frustrated long term investor....

Alba owns 28.01% of GROC whose current market cap is: £7.07mn.

That makes Alba's share of GROC worth £1,980,307. Alba's current market cap is just £2.14mn.

The market therefore values our non-Groc assets at just £159,693. Crazy eh?

Even if we only have enough gold to produce the final 7 coins from the current set, that is just about that value.

My top tip for GF now is don't dilute any more but sell 10% of the GROC shares and get that waste tip processed asap.

Or...GF...LEND the company (as a Director's loan) around 100k to show your dedication and commitment.

In the RNS last week it says,

"Following the renewal of its exploration rights, the Company is in the process of finalising the next phase of blasting at Clogau (to be announced next week)."

So....this is the week for more info on blasting. We need more than to be told that blasting will continue...let's have something more positive please!

That’s easy Ian. Let’s say the current bidder has offered a top price bid of £20k. Bidding will not start at that level, it will be at the lowest bid price. However, if other bidders bid higher prices (but below the original bidder’s £20k, the price will rise to reflect the competition but the original bidder will be the owner of the identical bid. Until of course he/she is completely outbid.

It will hit Shein as Trump signed an executive order to include tariffs on orders below $800.

it will hit Asos big time because imports come from Vietnam (47% tariffs) and of course from China.

Up to £22k and 15 bids now.

don’t be such a grump. i too have lost a fortune here but this is the first opportunity…ever…for the company to earn revenue.

let’s see how they go. after all, if things go well there may not be a need for a placing. we’ll see and here’s hoping.

there was no legal requirement to issue what is effectively a sales rns. it should continue to get attention.

The target market of young customers ASOS has always claimed as theirs..has moved on or is moving on. ASOS is no longer cool. Shein and other brands have taken them away and they will never come back.

I agree with Ocelot on this one. GF should not even think of buying as this could be seen as market manipulation, being the one and only item producing revenue for the company. Quite different if you're Lord Wolfson buying a cardigan at his local Next!!
