Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
My fellow investors. There was a time, even not so long ago when an RNS leading to dilution would affect the share price negatively, but things have changed. This and other future news releases speak of warrants that are already known about. Already explained in previous RNS where new shares were also issued at a large discount. This RNS, like future ones relates only to the already disclosed warrant section of previous news releases. Everyone knows about these. Everyone wants them out of the way. And so here they are..coming steady but surely to be exercised. And when they're gone...they'll be gone and the only news you'll see will be boom news and price monitoring. So for now, suck it up and let the warrant exercising RNS feeds flow. GLA and enjoy the ride...I'm looking at houses in Spain...Baz
...so quite a few more warrants to go at this price and then more after that at higher prices. All these should be priced into the share but you know what MMs are like!
RNS from 3rd August: Share warrants will also be issued to each subscriber in the Placing, with one warrant to be issued for every two shares subscribed for, for a total of 346,153,846 warrants.
The warrants will have an exercise price of 0.13p per share and an expiration date of 24 months from the date of issue. The warrants will also be subject to an accelerator provision, such that if at any time during the 24 month duration of the warrants the 10-day volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of Alba ordinary shares exceeds 0.26p per share, the Company may give warrant holders notice to exercise their warrants within 10 business days following the Company's notice and to pay the exercise price in full within 15 business days following the Company's notice, failing which the warrants will automatically expire.
Delighted these have been exercised. i was waiting for the left over 0.13 warrants to be got out of the way and here we are. Onwards!
Brilliant!! Alba Terminates Bergen Investment Facility
Alba Mineral Resources plc (AIM: ALBA) announces that it has terminated the convertible securities issuance deed (the "Agreement") with a U.S.-based institutional investment fund managed by Bergen Asset Management, LLC (the "Investor"), first announced on 24 February 2020, which provided funding in the form of the issuance by Alba of unsecured zero coupon convertible securities (the "Convertible Securities").
As such, Alba will be issuing no further Convertible Securities under the Agreement and the Investor will be providing no further funding and receiving no further Alba shares under the terminated investment facility.
..Don't forget Melville Bay for Iron Ore...and please....can we sell the Horse Hill share?...so boring compared to our mineral prospects.
Great news and with more samples means more tonnage and more gold. As for the warrants they represent about 0.15% of the market cap - so more housekeeping than anything else. i own more shares than that. The warrants will not affect the sp. As for the other news...onwards and upwards!
I've just got off the phone to H&L and they are going to investigate why ALBA is not showing the live price.
Hopefully this will be fixed soon and no one will have lost any money in the process.
All the best everyone! Baz
Something very dodgy going on today. H&L show the correct price (57/54) for a fraction of a second and then it goes down to a negative range of 46/43. This is outrageous if they are trying to pick up sellers at the lower price. Not acceptable.
Problems here on lse in the last half hour or so. User overload because of massive excitement in Alba?? Maybe. My interactive investor now showing .53p to buy .50p to sell. Enjoy the ride! Baz
The music is: Soulful Strut by Young-Holt Unlimited. i’ve been here for three years and i’m holding for 24p. Seriously. when all the four key mineral assets come to fruition...happy days. Baz
Fellow investors...I said it before last year and I'll say it again...I strongly believe with the assets we have this could be a £1billion company. Watch this space....GLA. Baz
So to be clear...the new restrictions do not mean closure for social venues. Groups of up to six can visit as long as they don’t mix with other groups. We knew extra restrictions would be brought in after schools reopened so this is good news.
From today we’re all gold diggers! I would like to see George holding a massive piece of gold veined quartz for the press in the next few weeks.
bottom line is that we could have and should have four projects that could easily be worth £1 billion each!!!!
I think we can let them off for a slight delay after today’s rise!
and the planning is still to be approved. When it is, it really will start to fly. Keep an eye on this: https://planning.snowdonia-npa.gov.uk/swiftlg_snpa/apas/run/WPHAPPDETAIL.DisplayUrl?theApnID=NP5/65/364&theTabNo=3&backURL=%3Ca%20href=wphappcriteria.display?paSearchKey=502490%3ESearch%20Criteria%3C/a%3E%20%3E%20%3Ca%20href=%27wphappsearchres.displayResultsURL?ResultID=593011%26StartIndex=1%26SortOrder=APNID%26DispResultsAs=WPHAPPSEARCHRES%26BackURL=%3Ca%20href=wphappcriteria.display?paSearchKey=502490%3ESearch%20Criteria%3C/a%3E%27%3ESearch%20Results%3C/a%3E
very long-term holder here. I just did a search on the Snowdonia planning, applications between 15th of April to 15th of May. Ours was made beginning of May. It seems that some applications in April have been finalised, but not all. Hardly any of the May applications have been granted or refused. So we are in good company, Snowdonia is simply being very slow right now. It’s not us!
so you see what people are finally cottoning onto, is: the permitted development will be the first stage, planning will be the next stage, then getting the gold out and valuing the potential gold reserves. Even at £500 million, this company would be relatively cheap compared to other gold mining companies. At that price we’re talking about a 100 bagger. This is what I have believed for a long time, and if the ducks are in a row, then why shouldn’t that happen? And of course...then there are the other assets to consider...
so I’m wondering if the Snowdonia planning, which was filed on the 1st of May, might speed up now as the permitted development has been granted for other work. Perhaps Snowdonia will feel more confident about granting permission?
