ok so on a bored Saturday afternoon, I’ve just done a little analysis of the planning applications and results on the Snowdonia planning site. It does seem they are hearing some applications, but they are performing very late. Does ANYONE have any insight into how long this planning application will realistically take? As one councillor said, on appeal he couldn’t see any reason why the application will be rejected in relation to planning law. We just have to wait longer!

All we need next is for the Clogau permission to be granted. I’ve been watching the planning page every day for news.

I have looked at the two quoted consultancy documents on the planning site - both in Welsh. With the assistance of Google translate, it is good to know that both comments from council and environmental do not object to the planning application - both of them make observations that will probably be attended to in the conditions of planning. let’s hope we have a grant of the planning asap.

just to be clear...i am in both. This is only an upside for Alba. Here we own 11% of HH but will get better value from this placement at UKOG as it will result in a faster oil flow and a reduced cost per barrel to $13. Roll on the Summer for this and our planning at Clogau!!

Wow what a busy RNS. Happy that: 1. loans now gone. 2. We own the equipment 3. Cost per barrel reduced to $13. 4. Intervention on well to increase flow. 5. Funds available for IOW and other projects. Not so happy about 1. More mass dilution 2. Payment of early payment fee of 175,000. But all in all, in my view...the plus points outweigh the negatives...time will tell.
