January 2020:
The new year has started well with further good news from Horse Hill. Wells in the Portland and Kimmeridge are now flowing and recovered oil is currently at a level not anticipated until Q3 2020.

Limerick news provides excellent results from the five drill targets and the latest report provides for a commercial level of zinc production.
George Frangeskides said, “We are very excited by the prospect of zinc at Limerick, which has experienced something of a low profile compared to some of our other assets. However this prospect has so much potential we are very pleased to announce a £1m investment in preparing the way for a commercial mining project at Limerick. This investment is fully funded from our cash reserve following last month’s Bluejay deal.”

High Grade graphite is confirmed as proven and commercial at Amitsoq in Greenland and a joint venture is announced. This follows extensive analysis of the results of field work since the season ended at the end of Summer 2019.
Alba and its partner plans to start work at the site in early Q2.

The Prime Minister mentions Horse Hill in Parliament as a “sterling example of British assets benefitting British citizens”, when asked by the Leader of the Opposition how post-Brexit Britain is fairing.

In a well-planned PR exercise, George Frangeskides makes a presentation of a 15 gram ring made from Clogau gold to The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall to celebrate their 15th wedding anniversary. Covered by the news read by a beaming Huw Edwards on BBC1, Prince Charles stated, “This extraordinary asset of gold underneath our feet in my beloved Wales demonstrates our ability to regenerate our mines, old and new, thus providing the best quality gold to the world. My wife and I are very pleased to accept this gift and look forward to visiting the new mines when they open.”
This event coincides with the announcement of several planning applications to create new gold mines while exisiting ones will be re-opened. All planning applications and work to prepare Clogau’s commerciality will be financed from cash reserves.
