yes...it's very helpful when quoted companies owning less than the declarable 3% of shares make a statement to show they have sold. Very helpful indeed! Also generous of Prim to state the sale is no reflection on their view of HH as a going concern, but purely an investment decision to raise cash. Onwards and upwards.

Sadly not. The company has been dormant for a while (graphene nanochem). Jespal the director has stayed out of contact and out of the UK and sadly we've lost everything. For me that's over £100k. ouch. Sorry to other IMM shareholders to mention another company but I was asked!

At the recent shareholders meeting of Alba which I attended, CEO George F stated that whilst he would love to buy shares the company was constantly in a closed period with new information arriving at the Board’s table on a regular basis. I suspect this is also the case here. Happy New Year to you all.

RNS statements have to be fundamentally honest, so at least a statement of extension is more promising than a failure to agree RNS. just a matter of waiting a few more weeks. Happy new year to all! Baz

With an ASOS policy of never to pay a dividend, when things get tricky as announced today, there is no prospect for shareholders to earn any money from their holdings. At least with other companies where shares fall dividends can provide income. Here it simply doesn’t mitigate the falling value of a holding as it doesn’t exist!!

Now that’s an interesting point. Being in constantly closed periods, SS and others cannot buy shares. They also cannot release to the market certain results of the EWT until each one has been assessed. The purchase of the additional Isle of Wight share, is perhaps not only wise, but a way to indicate to the market that the Weald is fully commercial We will see when that big next RNS comes out.

I agree with the last two posters. In fact I would go so far as to say that I believe she welcomes the challenge now. After all, if she wins, which I believe she will, she silences any talk of a challenge for another full year - all the way through Brexit and beyond during which time no one can call a leadership vote, however messy it all gets, because it will be settled. Therefore if she stays, I believe that will help the markets in a big way tomorrow.

A very good meeting I thought and very nice to meet several other investors, some on here. They did video the event so this will be on the website very soon. They do recognise that there are fingers in lots of pies but are very positive about all of them. I’m heavily invested in here but tempted to sell some of my UKOG and put more here. They know the PR needs to be louder but that will come as successes come. V positive about Horse Hill and Clogau especially. All the best, Barry
