Having watched this for a long time I have finally bought in today spending �10k. One thing Jambon is quite right about is that it's either going to be a multi-bagger post investment or will go down the pan. Obviously I'm hoping for the former. I was quite involved with ASOS over several years being a major supplier to them for three years. One thing I would note is Lord Alli's lack of involvement in that business - he was a figurehead and led the Board but day to day Nick Robertson ran that business and I also worked closely with Robert Bready. This business is different. I was sorry that RB left here recently but clearly he felt he's gone as far as he could go - I'm not still in touch with him so I can't ask. As far as Lord Alli is concerned he is MUCH MORE involved here than at ASOS. The �50m++ he made from ASOS didn't involve him putting in a penny into that business. Here at Koovs he's not only a major shareholder, but he has significantly personally invested cash. His reputation is also entwined with this business. I feel sure the funds will arrive and while there will be heavy dilution, given more time and effort Koovs could succeed. I'm here as a long term holder so good luck all and I hope my observations have been useful. Baz

Agreed Sheephatch, though I'm less bothered about the short term ebb and flow of the SP and much more interested in the possibility of 10x or 20x value when we have blockbuster news about some of our now 3 possible pipelines. Those of you who have been here for years like me don't mind waiting around for it! In the meantime I'll bed & Isa to mitigate that chunky capital gain that we hope to experience within the next year. All the best to everyone. Baz

Agree that is seems a pretty confident RNS. Only open to existing and new institutional investors so should prompt another RNS very soon to say the book is filled. That will give confidence all round and reduce reliance on Sarepta payments. In fact it will demonstrate to Sarepta that we can fundaise ourselves should we need to. (15m GPB = 21m USD). To other long term holders on here like me and to everyone else...a very exciting 12 months ahead methinks!

Regarding the RNS which preceded the letter received by begger and the rest of us in our online share accounts, I think we all know nothing is certain. If you look on Companies House and see a reminder of the charge posted in September from Malaysian Debt Ventures: https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/05712979/filing-history ..you can see they have the right to take every asset, dispose of it and get their money back however they want. The truth is, we have no idea how much Graphene Nanochem has in assets and how much debt is left. We need to see accounts. My fear is that they may succeed in the takeover and perhaps even in a new IPO to relist on AIM in a new name, but our own shareholder value could effectively be wiped out. Don't forget, we've heard the Directors speak positively before and look at what happened to the value of our shares then! The Board has stated already that there is no intention to restore dividends this year. However, Resolution 16 is interesting.... "To authorise the Directors to make market purchase of the Company's shares". That should please the market. I look forward to seeing shareholders at the AGM on May 3rd. Barry

I believe this will drift down until there is some real news about the funding. We know that MMs are not very patient people. The million dollar question is how far will it go down and when should I start to buy?!
