Any fundraising will have to be at a good discount to the price of the share at the time of the fundraising, otherwise buyers would simply buy in at the market price. Note that over 8m shares were sold this afternoon for just over 4p so any placing would cause a huge dilution.

I’ve held back from posting until now but thought I should to help clarifications. 1. I know exactly this type of business and was involved in an administration. 2. The assets will not sell for more than 10% of value - mainly because clothing is seasonal so by the time it reaches a new buyer, it’s already out of season. Besides that, old computers and other equipment doesn’t have much value at all to anyone. 3. Administrators fees in these matters escalate massively so don’t be surprised at their high level IF administration happens 4. I worked closely for years with Rob Bready when he was at ASOS and he is excellent. His departure should have sounded massive alarm bells. Good luck to you all - the time ahead will not be easy or pleasant.

If you’ve been in Kaz for 2 years, as I have, then you bought in around the £1 level and should be jumping for joy with nothing to complain about! I accept your right to challenge the company’s future of course, but looking at the share price movement that you (and I) have enjoyed...that’s got to be worth big praise to the company don’t you think? i have read the report and can’t find fault with the progress that has been made in the last year. Glad it mentions electric vehicles and the ever-growing need for copper. The four fatalities remind us of the dangerous business we’re in and glad the company is taking steps to make things as safe as possible. Gold and silver production to be down a bit but dwarfed by the ramping up of copper and other core products. Paying down the debt is better than a dividend at the moment - sorry MMs, have you never run companies before? We LTHs will benefit as 2018 turns into 19 and so on. I think we need to get to a SP of about 10.50 ish for FTSE100 entry so stability above that level later in the year looks promising to me.

Well i haven’t heard any speculation. seems to me like a cheeky RNS to leak news to come that could send the SP upwards. Perhaps a not so subtle note to MMs to prepare us towards re-entry to the FTSE100 in the end of March round of ins and outs. The future’s bright...the future’s copper and gold! Baz

Yes the joy of a large CGT bill ! At least ours in the UK is max 20% on the gain...and no wealth tax.

...well if Summ mcap was to match Sarepta’s, we’d see a x21 increase. i’ve been dreaming if that for some years now. Although the US ADRs would have to figure in the market Cap that could be offset by the fact that Sarepta doesn’t have a marketed product at it’s current value. it’s a tough one to call but I hope we’re close now! That will probably be the Fool dumping then. As i’ve said before (last on 25 Nov) BST now has just 9 months to find GBP600,000 to pay back loans. If you can see that happening then invest...if not...get out before mass dilution and destruction.

it’s never silly to sell when you think the price is right for you. As for me, I’m holding my remaining 35,000 until even better times. Couldn’t cope with the CGT liability this year anyway!

I think there could be less of an assault on £10 than other target prices people may have had because £10.50 or so gets us into the FTSE100. Then It’s a whole new level which would seem not so far off if £10 is achieved.

Still holding 35,000...three aims: wait till FTSE re-entry; hold for dividends; dare not sell for fear of big CGT so enjoy the ride and hope it lasts years! GLA. Baz

Just had a careful read of the RNS and it seems to me that for £5m plus a small dilution of 3.99% additional shares issued, the possible upside could be multi-billions. We’ll see...and continue to be patient as many of us have been for a few years now. Happy New Year to all! Baz

Yes I saw that too. Thinking about it a bit more though...if Coulter does indeed go into liquidation, perhaps the point of CG Tekbuild pte will be to for us to buy those assets worth anything from the liquidators at a significant discount.
