I'm curious to know from one LTH to another.we know the leap ipo /sale is supposed to happen this year but what would your stance be if it didn't?

I say we will be around 5p for the next few months because this leap ipo has been dragging on for years.as midas3316 pointed out last night it was first mentioned in 2017! Then ed joined the leap board in late 2020 to "spearhead"the ipo,since then we have also missed 3 ipo dates for leap.like all long termers I think an ipo or sale of leap will eventually happen but let's just say we have a history of getting the year wrong never mind the month!

Yea I agree barwick that only leap is going to move our sp.but until leap is sorted we have to get used to 5p level,I can see us at this level for the next few months unfortunately.

Scrolling through the posts mat,I do remember you posting snippets about emmac years ago before it was actually announced so credit where credit is due.im sure most of us appreciate the links you put up.

Yea I appreciate that lorne left ed with a right mess here but it sounds like Yariv over at leap is not helping ed much either.

Once again mat I'm not trying to argue with anyone all I want to know is have we started the leap ipo? If not then fine I can handle that but explain the reasons? If its because value keeps getting added then great I can handle the delay. I just think we could be more informed concerning leap instead of feeling of being kept in the dark.anyway I will shut up now.

I can assure you my friend I do not have ulterior motives to "talk a stock down"i am too old for games.
But we need to get away from this idea that we cannot question our ceo.especially after lorne abony!!

My gripe isnt the length of time leap is taking to ipo its have we even started the process in the first place?ok if value is building because of new partners then great just say.i just want clear transparency concerning leap is that too much to ask?
Someone on the board mentioned against having a get rich quick attitude??leap is what's kept me here all these years so hardly a get rich quick attitude.also beware of people that refuse any criticism. I remember many years ago when midas3316 would question many of ffwd bad investments and investment decisions. He questioned DBC and us selling moon so cheap and us being only people funding factom and more.each time certain few on here would try and shoot him down,but each time he has been proved right, he has forgotten more than most know on here about ffwd/seed.
praise has to be earned ,this idea that criticism is bad is very dangerous sheep mentality.

The most frustrating thing for me is that I have tried to treat this as a fund and not trade it as I am useless at trading,but looking back I feel such an idiot.it seems I am no better at investing either!
I now obviously know after all the years here that the unwritten rules with this stock are to sell up on any sp spike or monetizing event.its a harsh lesson learned for me.hopefully leap comes to a conclusion soon to end my years of suffering, But I do love the wellness investments we have made but they are a few years away from paying off.GL all of us anyway.

I have 5 children of my own and I do not want to bore the board to death arguing. I just want to make my position clear.my "agenda"is frustration at been here for 7 years and foolishly not trading this ,trying to treat this as a long term investment has really shafted me,my agenda is frustration only.to give midas and barwick due they have always said this is good for a trade so there is no deceit there.the deceit has been from certain machiavellian posters who have been here years waxing lyrical about ffwd/seed,pretending to be long term investors while at same time trading the hell out of it offloading to new investors! Again I wont mention names the long termers know who they are. My frustration is how quite the bod is when they promised to be different and more proactive.also the length of time leap is taking with dates constanly being put back ,the can getting constanly kicked down the road,from melon to abony to ed nothing has seemed to have changed .I do not have a history of trying to deceive any investor,but I am very frustrated here for good reason.

Yes I agree with you there JK28 it's very telling when ed cannot find an investor to take 20% as hes mentioned before when we have a shareprice in the 4s and a MC of 10mil .

I urge you to watch Ukraine on fire midas3316 from about 40mins in.you will see americas involvement in Ukraine politics and taped recordings from high ranking officials from america discussing who they are going to get in power!! America started the ball rolling messing in another countries buisness yet again.to watch bbc news you would think this is all one way but there is 2 sides to this.i am not defending putin but he was antagonised and unfortunately it's the innocent that pay the price.
But I do agree that leap should have already been sorted by now I would rather a sale too now in the present circumstances, an ipo seems messy now.sooner we get leap done the better .

But even being optimistic this will not be over soon unfortunately,America has been quietly stoking this up for years now.certainly britain and America are no better than putin after we illegally invaded iraq,Afghanistan and Libya.i think they are all equally as bad as each other.ceetainly takes balls to invest in the current climate.....or a bit of insanity!

That's an interesting question longlad. I will have a couple of k spare in a few weeks myself,theres so many bargains out there now, its like January sales! The question is has anything changed in the last 18months here? My only fear is will we get leap done this year and when we do will it be a mates rates deal, will get stiffed again??
But we cannot ignore turmoil in the world.i was in boohoo and asos who only 18 months ago were £55 and £4 a share but now at £16 and 70p!! So many companies are seeing billions wiped off MC, we are all getting rained on .
If you believe we get what we think leap is worth and it happens this year then I think we are still enticing .but with no end in sight of conflict I wouldnt be in a rush here because 4s are now a dead cert.

If the leap news was to drop now midas and send us to 10p I would dump all of my stock in a heartbeat.there is so much choice out there now with cash rich stocks.
How long now have we been hearing the leap news could drop at anytime?
I wouldnt be suprised if nothing happened with leap this year and the Ukraine crisis is blamed.4s next week.whats this 20%holder that ed mentioned waiting for ? Probably more fluff from ed.
