From memory.Ed went on the leap board a year ago roughly to help with the IPO as he had alot of market experience in dealing with ipos or something similar to that.now it seems a year on we are still "looking at it or considering a IPO"??
I just think what causes some of the discontent here is the lack of transparency and all the smoke and mirrors stuff.i mean in 6months time will we be still "considering it" or sat around in the hope someone will buy leap out? It's the feeling of being kept so far out of the loop which annoys us I think.
It just seems as every month goes by we seem no nearer to a conclusion with leap(for the record I've always liked leap) if no IPO was being considered then why bother mentioning it?its just like the 50mil MC remark by eoy.anyway I'm not trying to stir the pot as mat78 says that doesn't help too.

Reading the RNS again Ed says that a "near term public market offering is being contemplated"
So it's not even been started yet?
If not then why not ,and if we are then how far into it are we?
It's all abit ifs,buts and maybe.
Also if he knew we had not even started the IPO process then why would he say 50mil MC by end of this year?
What do others think?

I think value will out eventually with yooma mat,well I hope so!

At least we have increased our stake in leap to 47%.
I doubt we will have a sale this year but I personally am happy to see we have increased our stake.

Yea it's a catch 22 is that JK28.i think we will visit the 5s unfortunately if the seller hasnt finished.i had my last top up a while ago no more for me.but good luck anyone who finds the bottom. It has to be good for 12p or so when leap is eventually sorted.a few years ago we would have all been disgusted at a 12p share price,how times have changed .it would be a relief to most of us now!

It's just years of disappointment from long term holders matador78 that is to be expected,it shouldnt be brushed under the carpet.i dont remember you getting annoyed over the years at our ramp squad who have ramped this to high heaven while selling at the same time,you know who they are.

Yes I remember that well midas.you certainly did flag up the rediculous 12% that greedy lorne was getting and our ramp squad were outraged at you,and like you say it was rightly reduced.
You also voiced your opinion about moon and factom on a numerous occasions ,but again the ramp squad were out in force trying to ridicule you,but you was certainly proved right.i respected you for that for what it is worth as you always put your cards on the table and said when you bought,no BS or hidden agendas.all these years I never posted and only started recently because a new investor came on and had the audacity to tell someone to have a bit of patience!!!
Emotion got the better of me and I replied.
Easier said than done at times but the name of the game is trying to keep our emotions in check.
I do agree i still think theres money to be made here but not until lornes momma has finished.some time in december I imagine or hope we start seeing a turnaround. Good luck all.

I would guess shes probably been selling just over 1 million a week,maybe 1.2million. Probably wont be done until mid to late December when we will be 5p a share.
But then just in time for Ed to get us to 23p! This i gotta see.

But he certainly has to show that us investors are his priority, is that too much to ask? We certainly seen no evidence of that with lorne with his mates rates deals with moon and factom.after all,as investors its us that shoulder all the risk while Ed does not own one single share!

I think its a bit cheap of you to try and blame the long termers here for the negativity on this board.i mean i see you point but its Eds job to do his job!

As robrob said yesterday theres been nothing about our biggest assest leap for months and when we do is all vaugue,we may IPO or we may sell,then he keeps moving dates.its sounds like just fobbing us investors off.if you had of invested 10k when lorne got the job almost 6years ago ,it would be worth about 3k now!!! Its been completely shocking.
Its no wonder we have the traders that pretend to hold while at same time selling .mat was right last night hes pulled them many of times.
Ed needs to get his finger out and start showing that he cares about us investors!!

The thing is barwick,ed has known for months that lornes mother was selling so hes had months to find this 20% share holder but has failed to do so.if leap was doing as well as we all hoped then he surely wouldnt have had a problem?
My optimism has turned to pessimism with leap.we have been on a downward slope for the last 6months the market has spoken.i was really hoping for some kind of spike with leap to get out of this years long nightmare,the thought of being here for another 18 months waiting for another spike is a death by a thousand paper cuts!
I now fear it might be another mates rates deal unfortunately or is sold on the cheap.like everything with ffwd/seed its either disastrous or underwhelming.

I too am starting to doubt the impact leap is going to have.as we all know the market is forward looking and if that is the case it doesnt seem to like what it ìs seeing.then we have to wonder why lornes mother sells 2 months before leap is supposed to triple our SP? Wouldnt suprise me to see another mates rates deal.the market is certainly telling us there is no great deal around the corner.

Yes i agree.its painfully obvious now that this was set up just for the few at the top.theres been nothing at all here for PIs,its been a terrible investment ,a complete shambles when looking at the last 4 years novemeber share prices.

We have had years of smoke and mirrors along with a pathetic share price performance.like forthewin said last night,we have all come to the conclusion that our sp is the last thing on Eds mind,he has his 5mil from emmac so hes a happy man.

While i agree with that ,ed knew full well what he was doing by saying 50mill by EOY.he was saying that leap is worth 30mil to us or more.we have no other figures to work from and Ed as we know is on the leap board so he knows that we expect him to know the value of our near 44% stake.if by next February or march we are nowhere near a sale or IPO and our SP is still in the gutter,then Ed will be rightly judged in my opinion as deliberately misleading and thatfor me is a trust issue. I would wait for the next ramped spike after then and get out of here.in all my time here i have yet to see us small investors being put first and looked after.
But i live in hope....

With this selling pressure i can 5's for sure now midas3316.i really thought 7p was our floor but the way we have gone through that is painful but not too surprising.
