I think from memory we have a million in the bank so that is enough to keep us going for 18months and hopefully the leap deal will be done by then.to have a raise down here will just show the level of distain Ed has for investors. I certainly see us going into the 4s anyway at this rate.if we do have a raise I will sell up and take the hit because it will signal that the leap deal is not around the corner,our only saving grace is that every other AIM stock is being absolutely battered.

The thing is though midas you sayit's worth a short term gamble but how long is a piece of strong?theres no telling how long leap could drag on for.

Yea it's a shame this is a traders stock midas I have found that out the hard way after not touching my shares for years while the rampers here were trading while pretending to invest! I think so much depends on leap because we have to know that no more underhand mates rates deals are going to happen like with moon and factom.we all expect at least 20mil for leap and I do not think that is unreasonable,what happens with leap will determine if I stay invested.who knows,Ed may just drag it on like jim does with juvenscence.

I must admit mat3316 I did hang my hat on Ed's prediction that we would be flying high with a market cap of 50mil by last December! I probably wanted to believe it because of all the years I have been here.i hope Ed has learned and will refrain from making such outlandish, wild claims that never come to fruition. As mat78 said earlier ,all we can do now is grin and bare it.

We may have not dropped much today but unfortunately over the coming weeks we certainly will.we will probably see the low 5s.as mat78 said last week,its going to be a white knuckle ride for a while now. But it's going to be a great opportunity for those with the balls to buy.

I personally think it's all down to world events barwick,world markets are in retreat.the last thing people are going to do is invest in something as high risk as seed at the moment. You only have to look around to see some great stocks being hammered.our only saving grace this year is leap ,but if you are brave there is some money to be made down the line by investing now.

I would be more concerned if every other stock was booming and only seed was in the gutter .but I feel at ease knowing that all stocks are being battered,except the odd oil and gas explorer with great news maybe ,so everyone is in the same boat.its just world events are not great at the moment but its cyclical it always comes back around.

It's interesting you bring that up gooners.it all depends,I certainly woukdnt want a raise in the pathetic 6s,nobody would want to see us diluted to bits .BUT what would give a great confidence boost is if Ed raised at our NAV(around 11pish)I mean after all he tells us we are actually worth alot more so why not? I'm sure he has a few friends with deep pockets .yes I am certainly up for a raise but not at the expense of us being diluted .

For some reason I had this march as leap IPO but longlad has rightly corrected me and said seed have said its happening in first half of 2022 so june at latest.i checked results from last december and he is right so I stand corrected.cheers anyway longlad and an apology to the board as I am certainly not trying to spread a bad vibe.providing it happens by june then I can wait a while longer,providing it happens!

I'm sceptical as well mat3316 that leap will be sold or IPO'd by the end of march and it seems the market thinks the same way too.the radio silence doesnt help as well from our management.

Yea heading straight back to the 5s again I see barwick.i hope the leap ipo/sale is on track and going ahead as promised by Ed for this march,I just dont want to see yet another delay and the markets used as an excuse.what better time to have some cash now with all the bargains around.at the moment ,we are an investment fund without any cash!

Like you say mat theres definitely a seller or sellers,it seems a weird investment strategy selling when we are at almost year lows?
Sooner we sell leap and get some liquidity the better I think.

I had to chuckle at your post,I mean you do know today is friday? But by Monday you dont expect us to see the 6s or 7s ? Ha I mean I like your optimism buddy but unless we have some real good news then expect us to stay in this range until then I am afraid.

Whoever we sell leap to barwick I just hope it's real soon!

I have been wondering for a while forthewin what Ed will come up with to prevent an exodus of shareholders when we sell/ipo leap?? It will be interesting to see.
But first let's just see a conclusion to leap us LTH have been waiting so long for.

I agree longlad that all CEOs should be judged on what they have done and not on what they say they are going to do.
But I do like the investments ed and alfredo have made in the last 12 months.
I am not judging him by lornes disgraceful mates rates deals but my mind will be eased when I see what kind of a deal us shareholders get concerning leap gaming?
After predicting our market cap would be 50mil by end of 2021 but it ended at only 15mil I would have thought that ed would have learned not to make sp/market cap predictions again,I would rather he didnt.

Just because I value our stake in leap around 20mil ish( to us) I am not being negative,I just see it as being realistic. In fact ,after 7 years investing here I have never been more excited, we have never had so many exciting investments .Eurox,ciitech,lgp,swb,yooma.are the type of investments we are experts in,along with our brilliant appointment of Alfredo.also,when JM does eventually get his finger out then our juvenscence stake should be worth 5mil to us when it ipos.Ed. and alfredo have shown what they can do with a few million these last 12 months imagine what they will do with the money we receive from leap!
I am very upbeat for the future with these investments I think the sale of leap will be our catalyst.

If leap was worth almost 50mil to us then why would lornes mother sell all her shares just a few months before they triple in price? I mean her son is Ed's mentor so I'm sure she privately knows the value of leap?
Also it is not often the market gets a valuation so wrong (unless it's an out of the blue news mining stock) if the market believed leap was worth 50mil to seed then why hasnt the market priced us anywhere near that value? As I have said in the past I take what ed says with a pinch of salt,after all he is our CEO.i am still sticking to my valuation of 20mil for our stake in leap but of course I really would love to be wrong.

Are taking a beating today.as for us, I think we can all see we will stay in the 6-8p range until we get real value adding news.just a matter of waiting and waiting......
