I understand where you are coming from its yet to be seen if Ed is any better than lorne they are all in bed with each other other just out for themselves.
My mistake was treating ffwd/seed as a long term investment, I guess that's how majority of Aim stocks are. But there is value even in crap stocks,most go up and down 50% so if you can time it then there is your value.i have learned the hard way after being here many years! But like the gambler song says ,you gotta know when to hold em,fold em,walk away and know when to run!

There definitely seems an agenda to get this to 4's .feels like its being manipulated to hell.all us minions can do is go along for the ride.

We will be into the 4s next week what a shambles it's been here.its obvious now that we wont any liquidity from leap until at least mid 2022 but then it could just go on and on.Ed knew this of course when he said our MC would be 50mil by end of this year when in reality we will probably have a market cap of 10million!

So you dont think it was deliberately misleading of ed to say he is still confident our MC would be 50mil by eoy when in reality he had no justification to say that when leap had not even appointed advisers?
It seems momma abony knew as shes been selling for months.

So much for our 50mil market cap by end of the year mate,maybe he meant end of next year 2022 ha.
Nothing we can do now but just stick with it but with all constant grim news with covid crap I think its gonna be a long slow recovery.

It's been a raw deal for us LTH but I guess we do need the new investors, as painful as it is sometimes.

I very much doubt that lornes mother would have sold mate if she was convinced we would have been 23p in December, I'm sure ed gives his mate lorne the inside info,but I so wanna be wrong.
Like you say ,lorne was only out for himself instead of us investors so ed is under more scrutiny because of that.obviously it is important that ed is seen to be looking after his investors best interests.

We were told in the interims almost a year ago to the day that juvenscence was looking at an ipo in the next 6-12months?
It seems juvenscence ipo just keeps getting put back year after year nothing is ever quick with jim mellon!
We were also told Ed had joined the leap board to help with a view to listing in the next 12months and like juvenscence that seems no nearer also.
Also Ed talks about getting a 20% investor on board?well why would he mention that if he wasnt sure he couldnt find one ,especially while we are at such historical lows?
For me ,ed should not have mentioned the 20%investor he should have just announced if it happens otherwise he looks like hes just saying things for the hell of it but also investors will take it that no big investor being interested as a negative which is why ed should have kept that to himself.
The waiting on juvenscence and leap along with rhonda selling over the last few months have destroyed our sp rather than what any one small investor says on here .
I admit I foolishly bought back in at 17p some time in 2018 I hung my hat on tim Draper saying factom could be potentially worth over 400billion.ha my mistake I guess he did say potentially!
I do like our investments under ed I just feel that we need that one big winner under him to really boost confidence.

Cheers JK28 I hope we all come out of this with a smile on our faces.i have added a few times on the way down but i remember when we used to hear oh we wont see the 15s again,then down to 12s and that was supposed to be our base.
Then as we went down it was we wont ever go below 10s ,until we are now in the 5's!

It is frustration of been here 7 years and seeing my investment go backwards! I only sold half once in jan 2018 but still bought back at 17p like a fool.
As I say as an investment it has been disastrous so far,the only way to have made money here would have been to trade it which is why traders love stock like this .new investors should do ok here.i hope to get my money back one day but you have to understand buddy as a long term investment it's been a joke so be mindful of fools that have held long like me.
Anyway let's just hope this turns I'm not trying to argue as I say its 7 years of frustration!!

Just the mention of his name makes me want to punch something! With his mates rates deals and his family sell off dragging us to the 5's.
Ed promised us much more communication but instead it's been silence while our share price collapses.when we do hear about leap it's the old well we are still looking at an IPO after one year or maybe an M and A ,or maybe nothing! Lorne went but nothing has changed unfortunately.

It's hard to imagine we will be 23p in 3 or 4 weeks as our leader ED has stated when we will probably see the 5's by Friday?!
I cannot wait to see how close we really are to it.
I imagine our results mid December will underwhelm again as is always the case with ffwd/seed.

Is saying 50mil market cap by end of the year choosing his words carefully? On the contrary it's the opposite or deliberately misleading knowing we have nothing else to go by but his valuation.
But I guess we are not at end of year yet so who knows?
