You may be right barwickman.i would hate to see what a delay would do to the already low SP unless it is accompanied by some good news from one of our other investees?always nice to hear others views on latest podcast,i suppose it could mean a number of things .

From late last year joines the leap board and has suggested leap are looking at an ipo and that his experience with working as a broker and being involved in numerous ipos will help leap with that process.but his latest podcast done a few days ago(around 10mins in) ,hes still saying leap are still looking at an ipo or M and A?surely if leap had started the ipo process last year they would be more than "looking at it"now? Ed has said a few times that we will crystallize leap by Q3 this year(only 7 weeks left) so i can only assume he means we sell our stake to IMG by then or am i missing something?

I agree midas3316 an awful exchange with no volume ever!
Lets hope the powers that be see it as a foothold to bigger and better things/exchanges.

I think todays news ends any speculation that we might be the strategic investor that is investing an additional 5mil into YOOMA.i thought it unlikely it was us unfortunately.

Its never a good idea to fall in love with any stock!

I think from memory ed was appointed to the board of leap last novemeber with a view of a possible IPO in 2021(ed later said q3)so i do not think a sale or an ipo would be a stretch for this september as it would have been 10 months in the making.but like you i doubt it is us that are investing the extra 5mil in to yooma but i would love to be wrong.

Ok own up.how many people still have ffwd stored in google history and keep accidently clicking on it when trying to get up seed innovations? Talk about old habits die hard ha.

I understand what you are saying buddy and i agree to an extent that talk is cheap,all us LTH have heard the jam tomorrow talk for a long time now. Unfortunately for us the market is not convinced yet but as we all know the markets are being cruel to a lot of AIM stocks at the moment .i am convinced of leap though as are IMG as well,also our recent investments i think have been very smart, hes a real diamond is Alfredo. I think our recent investments show how hard ed and alfredo are working behind the scenes.providing we get what we all think leap is worth to us(20mil or more) i think the rest all falls nicely into place.

I thought ed came across as frank and sincere it was interesting to hear his thoughts on the overall market and the reason why 87% of investors on AIM lose money.
Also interesting was when asked about leap ,he obviously could not give a value but he did point out similar competitors who are not even doing leaps numbers but have a market cap of 100mil or more!

I agree JK28.i have been here 6 years and the PR has always been terrible.we may have had a name change but its the same old.i think its a missed opportunity ,i would have thought it best to hit the ground running with name change but it seems its asking too much!

Ed said we were looking at Q3 for leap IPO.as we all know that is 11 weeks at the max,
Just a little more patience required then hopefully we will all be handsomely rewarded!

I dont know how other investors feel about it but i would be quite happy to see us flip these for a nice tidy profit as we did KNB.it would be inline with our short,medium and long term investments.i like the idea of building a steady income stream while waiting for our bigger investments to deliver.

I guess it all depends at what price the shares are issued at?
If they are issued around our NAV say 11-5p ish then ok,or even better it coincides with sale of leap and we can then maybe issue shares from 15-20p.it would also allow thoses of us that wanna take some share of the table but also keep some here.i really like the direction of being a canabis fund but to be realistic it will probably take 5 years or so to be really making headway,which for me is worth the wait to get a good % of in quality comapnies.Unfortunately its all ifs and buts at the moment,Like a lot have already said i would like ed to be in this together with us and buy some shares,we have heard his reasons/excuses but the question will not go away until he does.
Being in FFWD is like waiting for the proverbial bus,we wait a long time and hopefully the good news comes in droves.

Ed has said in previous podcasts that he is looking at Q3 for leap IPO .he has also said he wants our Market cap around 50mil by the end of the year.i can only assume it will be leap that gets us there? Ed also said he believes ffwd investors will be very pleased with leap value.
For me its ed putting his neck on the line abit which is good because should he do what hes said (us being 50mil by end of the year and leap IPO by late sept) it may convince alot of us LTH to stick around.
On the other hand if the IPO drags on and we are nowhere near 50mil market cap by end of the year that will be my cue to sell up.come on ed stand and deliver!

Speaking of leap longlad,as a LT the only thing that would keep me in ffwd would be if we was paid a special dividend with some of the proceeds from leap.i mean 2 weeks before emmac was sold ed was waxing lyrical about it on a podcast which was naughty.also previously lorne inexplicably sold moon for 500k and 18 months later our stake was worth 50-60mil! Also the money we got from nuuvera sale he squandered the majority on factom.i also think lorne privately still has some say here.after nearly 6 years here i would be more comfortable with a special divi to invest the proceeds elsewhere.alot depends of leap , we may be sold down the river again like we was with moon active and emmac but surely ed knows the damage if he does i mean looks whats happened to the sp after the emmac sale!

5 and a half years for me matwalk,apart from the decent nuuvera success in early 2018 its been a painful share to hold.i plan to sell up after the leap ipo as we only hold very small % investment s in others except yooma which at the moment we have 5% but with the acquisitions planned might be reduced.i like yooma but the one thing guaranteed about FFWD is i will be able to buy in low at a later date!
Unfortunately my faith in the management is not great i just hope LEAP can bring home the bacon but FFWD seems to underwhelm so much.
