I am not getting anything mixed up ... RTO, TO, whatever term you like. It is all about moving off AIM.

I never once suggested Mustang were trying to takeover BMN. They can't - they have naff all assets and a small and shrinking cash pot.

But they are listed on main board - so an RTO by BMN into them was (I thought) the possibility that has been much muted as a means to move boards. I can only reflect on a post I saw last year (don't have the link sadly) were some discussion on the merits of a direct re-list vs RTO were discussed. The time and cost were similar with the primary difference being an RTO de-lists during the process. I am no expert and have no first hand knowledge, but if one method was a lot quicker and cheaper then why would that not be the defacto method of re-list. So made sense they had similar costs and timeframes - just the appropriateness of the method the look at

The only thing Mustang have got of any value is a main board listing ... unless I miss something they are essentially a setup company precisely for the purpose of an RTO

I am broadly supportive of FM. He is (after all) still learning to be a big CEO and a number of those lessons are very evident. But one of them is certainly not around PR and communication

There is no dividend (yet). Quite what they were thinking about making such a song and dance about a one line policy 3 years for is beyond me. So the only real measure of my investment is the share price.

And please, no one start the 'well sell then' garbage - we all see the potential, we all see the cash flows, we all know what is coming (well probably coming). But yet silence. Barely even a polite 'noted but we cannot comment' reply to the very many emails both to the Pr chap and indeed FM direct.

I do rather hope that the new broker appointment marks a turning point in both visible action and comms.

new Broker put an info summary out stating a need for $75-$100m in capex to take production to 8,000+ of production.

Now if this could be linked to getting off aim and attracting some big players great ... but at the top end that is not far off a dilution of 50% !!

But FM is a friend of Cyril and funny thing is the Eskom tenders were stopped and re-written if you remember with scale remarkably fitting the electrolyte plant plan. Many here (including me) feel the plant timing has far more to do with Eskom orders and rollout plans... and if not, the Eskom is the momentum builder for VRFB in SA/Africa ....chickens and eggs... no one wants to be first so a state level set of orders with free world bank cash it is (eventually)

that makes me chuckle .. we went from 9 to 15 with a slight wiff of Eskom news.

I expect a lot more later this year as the BE picture unfolds and starts to bear some early fruit

Not sure why a seem to recall so clearly they provided risk funding looking to capitalise SA growth industries but were not interested in long term ownership ... the murky world of Africa !

No idea.... But just think... Why would you give away 45% of what you see as a business that will be worth more than the rest when you could get normal loan or CLN based funding ?

The SA IDC does not have (as I understand it), a mandate to hold long term equity.... That equates to a widely held view of a corrupt ANC controlling large amounts of blue skies businesses

Not true Oily.... The SA gov has an investment veh to invest (interest free) in SA enterprise.... That investment gets paid back

Just remember that neither Mustang or VRFB-Holdings really trade yet - they seem holding or SPAC vehicles and look to be part of the larger master plan of vertical integration... lets hope that is happening soon !

well of course Mustang are friendly ... they are set up as an RTO vehicle.... stand to do very well out of it
