Why does stating the obvious of no shareholder value make anyone a troll.

The only measure of success as an investor is the SP (no dividends are paid) .. so, success of my (or anyone's) investment is measured by the SP

well if BE is spinning out .. it should take the MUST CLN with it - the only point of that was a route to market for BE

but looking wider, the 12 m and 24 month performance shows Bushy to be woeful

I dont think we will be supplying anything directly into Eskom in the next 2/3 years ... one of the clear disappointment's was that the scaling on the bids looked totally aligned with the BE/Electrolyte plant plans.

But the de-reg offers a much better fit the small/medium systems without state oversight

I suppose without having capital requirements in the future for BE a divi could be paid earlier than 3 or 4 years ... that would do wonders to support the SP and negate (in part) any need to move to main board

Deliberate ... yes .. I think that is a good take on it - after all, we have had over 2 years of 'we hear you .. we get it....'

In the absence of a dividend, the only measure of financial return we have is the SP.

Should we head north of 30 by the time of the vote I may well revise my view, but I ain't voting for the remuneration resolution on the basis the SP is lower than over 3 years ago and we have been treated like mushrooms

Remember .. we have no idea what the BE strategy is and despite the early mood music, we are just a small miner
