@LS - we also had a voluntary register (which I maintained) of stated shareholder holdings. At one point less than 200 people owned 25%+ of the company being owned by less than 50. Along with some of the very long term big investors, somewhat over 50% could pretty much be guaranteed.

With dilution, I suspect the spread is lower. The Telegram group I used to be part of has a register where around 120 own just under 10%.

There are many more PI's now and most (I suspect) are well under-water. There is pretty much zero chance of any kind of low ball TO, and I suspect anyone coming to FM's door will get thrown straight out without an initial bid well north of 50p. A party wanting to buy sufficient to either move resolutions or use other means to force a situation would have to buy well over 100m shares - that alone will lift the SP

There is no TO in the offing - it is the usual end of year talk !

As for Pdub... I find him a tad too harsh at times and quick to jump on any negativity even if a valid point.

But I ain't never read any post if him exalting folk to buy buy buy .. just makes (a very positive) case to buy and hold

no @pdub .... I was looking into battery energy plays and moved from RedT to BMN based on the Vanadium ... I was not, and never have been, interested in iron ore

Just your opinion Pdub ...ok ... here is mine:

"Don’t judge the CEO simply by the current share price" - how else are we expected to judge the performance of our investment ? (dont bother answering .. please.. not debating)... Sorry, but if as is reported FM says 'he does not understand AIM' then get some people in to help him !

"Some say that share price rise was due to price of Vanadium and nothing to do with FM." - disagree .. as has been repeatedly demonstrated our SP pretty much mirrored the vanadium price. We were (along with Largo) being used as a proxy quasi futures market.

Until/unless the SP moves up into the 30+ range frankly, my view of FM is not that great. yes it is hard, but creating the big picture, attracting investors, selling the story etch are all part of growing a world class business. What he puts out is regularly confusing and the same stuff as over 6+ years ... jam tomorrow

Your more recent stuff is clearly fighting back against that comment.... plenty of troll bashers here but not sure what you are supposed to have said

Everyone forgets, there are plenty of traders on here well listened too. I believe, for example, BBN sold out to play Pharma and has now bought back in. RichKen I though sold out or largely did for the same reason and is now back in large play. (Could be wrong so just my thought - not that I care one jot .. entirely and only their business)

Everyone is here not for the good of their health. I don't come here that often for this very reason - differing views garner venom.

Don't like a post, ignore and scroll on by. If they are trolls (for real) then they crave attention - don't give it and they feck off.
