You are correct that Garnett did not like a listing using Mustang (because of the future dilutive nature perhaps), but were perfectly open about a listing in London (as was detailed in email correspondence referred to by the judge). they may have preferred at a personal level the USA, but were told in no uncertain terms the deal was too small for a US listing at this point

Conclusion

Garnet, I can well understand, may see itself as having been badly let down by VRFB in the 2021 Funding Round. This is with some justification, as VRFB was far from transparent concerning its plans. However, I am not persuaded that VRFB was in breach of the JVA, much less that it was in material breach. The upshot is that the present proceedings do not help Garnet to extract VRFB from or to diminish its position as its co-venturer in EHL. Neither, for that matter, can VRFB gain anything from its claim in these proceedings. Uncomfortable as it may be for the two sides to continue together, these present proceedings are not the way forward.

I rather agree ... when the clear need is underpinned by actual results, getting the capital will be no problem

I said there are 54% more shares in existence. That means for each £1 of mcap, a share now relatively speaking is £0.54 equated back to pre-big rise (where we spent a year bubbling around 8-8.5p

We are way in excess worth more now than then:

1. Upgraded Vametco plan
2. 2nd plant bought (an in refurb)
3. more than double the production
4. Electrolyte plant in construction
5. Mokopane Licence (not factored into anything but sitting on a vast reserve)

etc etc etc

frankly 77p would be pretty fair right now !!

yes .. just before the start of the big rise there were 820m shares.. now 1,261m .. almost 54% more shares in issue

In fact in terms of relative value todays SP would be around 7.35p then ...

On the plus side, we have 2 plants with modernised kit (and some in progress), more than twice the production and an electrolyte plant coming online over the next year.... so the previous high of 50, would equate (relatively speaking) around 77p

The point to leasing is to de-couple the investment from the vagaries of vanadium price .. that is the point.

I suspect that it would take a vanadium price well north of $70 before any dent in a leasing model became a concern. Whilst $45-$55 is a balance of sweet spot between the need of Steel and the needs of Flow Batteries, whilst the former does suffer, the latter less so (with leasing)

just remember that is a next $25m+ of 'cash' sitting there (costs already applied)

I rather suspect the inventory has grown for a mix of 3 reasons
- buffer for production issues
- holding stock ready for electrolyte
- to guarantee positive cash flow (vanadium price was lower when it was largely produced)

and dont forget, we produced half what we currently produced, had one old and creaking mine and still had only 56% of it
