Brewing and distribution is core, however ongoing development of the Accomodation and Hospitality business is an area where Marstons can achieve significant benefits to Customers and Shareholders. The Inns and Lodges currently offer excellent value, way ahead of the competition. Menu selection is less at Beefeater ( PremierInns), inclusion of Breakfast costs at the Lodges and Inns, disguises the outstanding value offered when compared to Premer Inns. Going forwards the Accomodation/Hospitality business can produce some significant and outstanding benefits, providing the Board invest in suitable Locations.

Possibly the intergration of Charles Wells is having an effect...short-term I believe. Apart from the core business it is, similar to Whitbread, moving into the hospitality area. True not on the scale of WHTB with PremierInns but having used Marstons Inns recently, they do offer far better value and service which is to be commended. Excellent value.

SWP, now private, has registered results to 30th June 2016 ( when a Public Listing). These results show considerable increases in Sales...up 51%....Cash Inflow up....137% and so on. What next?
