Does anyone really believe L&G and Schroders have invested bucks and are not keeping an eye on their investment. If they don't have a place on the Board they will certainly be requiring regular updates, anyone who thinks otherwise is in another World.

ajax, madcrann, I have said all I want too except it is a great pity the banter recently expressed here is just left alone and good grace is shown by all. We can ALL learn from each other. As far as inappropriate remarks, posters here would do well to view other boards as some of the language, expletives etc, is far in excess of anything I have read here. That is not justification but an observation which could lighten people's behaviour and let it be water off the Ducks back and not a constant irritant.

Madcrann understand you feel aggrieved but too me pick out the grain from the chaff. Most posters have something useful to learn from each other at times. Dick has a rather prosaic way of putting things which is amusing but has often been informative and imo balanced. We all meet people, in life, with whom there is a lack of empathy, yet their knowledge is very useful. I have no gripe with Dick and accept he does not accept fools lightly, which is fair enough as neither do I. If you or anyone here wants to learn, suggest Dick is listened too however galling it may be for the reader. That's my opinion, take it or leave it!

MadCrann with respect were those comments really called for? Dick writes in way which to many is quite entertaining and amusing. The remarks about his carer should be taken a little like how Lew Dawson spoke about his lovely wife. It seems we are living in an age where humour and laughing at oneself is almost a crime. Has PC correct gone completely Mad. When some posters continue to repeat similar dialogue it does not paint that individual in a good light. Impatience will not generate news neither will the repetitive dialogue, " news coming tomorrow, next week, when ever". Tomorrow never comes and those Posters would do well to remember. News will come when Statoil and JOG Board are good and ready as will improvement to SP.
