Not without risk but given medium term guidance is for £1 of FCF per share, risk/reward looks very attractive in a market of stretched valuations.

HQ (IWG brand) have increased the monthly cost of my business's Virtual Office Service from £ 24.91 to £29.00/month, that's a 16.4% increase. Obviously think they have pricing power.

Could be another rights issue, D4E swap or placing. Not good for existing holders but they can't claim the warning signs weren't there. Debt at this level is nearly always a killer.

True, but are people really going to want to invest in a company knowing the project isn't fully funded? With a market cap this small you can easily get diluted into oblivion.

I suspect that it a good trade. This company has never made any money, it just capitalises a large proportion of its R&D cost and then quotes EBITDA figures to pretend otherwise.

I can see an end, it will involve achieving FCF guidance. That should see a re-rating. We may see some selling pressure from VS before then, I'll be keeping an eye on volumes.

On the other hand, whether you are short or not, I welcome any negative arguments as they're not going to change the price of a £13m mcap FTSE100 stock but may make me consider things I otherwise may have not. An echo chamber serves no purpose other than to reinforce potentially poor judgement IMO.

Well obviously there were no specifics in the announcement but it's common knowledge that the company is slashing middle management as a means of reducing costs. Perhaps that was their angle? I don't know anything about the fund so I'm only speculating.

IIRC, the free cash flow guidance we got at the last update was prefixed by 'at least' so I think the market is been very pessimistic on this stock. If they were trading below guidance we'd have had a warning.
