Is IWG really on a PE of 30+? Cash flow seems to bear no relation EPS. The accounts for this business are difficult to understand and IFRS16 has made things twice as tough!

Have shorted this in the past as I thought it looked overpriced. Done an about turn this morning and bought in quite heavily as the price is well off highs and I appreciate it's a quality outfit with defensive properties, clearly trading very well.

Maybe algos are pumping it back up. Fundamentals look awful so doubt they'll hang around for long.

I opened the overnight position a couple of weeks ago and closed at the open but reopened a larger position on the recovery as it looks unwarranted given the debt position and H2 loss.

Took profits on my short at the open but I've re-opened the positio. £20m PTP is only half of what analysts were expecting. Possible rights issue here. Dividend is certainly toast.
