STN, to answer your question about "Mr 99" and whether I have been adding up, the answer was no. But your question prompted me to do just that. Luckily I still have some skills with excel so it didn't take me too long...
My records go back to 28th May. I have four days missing in my records. I searched for buys sized at £14.99k, £19.99k, £24.99k, £29.99k, £39.99k, £49.99k and £99.99k. I also manually included a handful of other buys that had ended in £x99k that I though matched up. I didn't consider anything under £10k e.g. £9.99k or £4.99k, though there were quite a few of these. I wanted to draw the line somewhere and obviously those could easily be PI trades. I'm sure I've missed some out, but at the same time I have probably included some that were PI trades. Question, does anyone on here purchase in chunks of £14.99k or £19.99k? There were a massive number of £14.99k and £19.99k buys and I have included them all, but if someone on here is responsible for those buys then please shout out.
Based on the above I have a total of 7,992,598 shares bought (equivalent to 2.379% of total shares in issue) for a total consideration of £2,751,874. The £x99k buying was quite pattern based, and really kicked off on 3rd, 7th and 8th July after the BCA and Tyseley commissioning RNS's, with massive days on Friday 18th and Monday 21st July and then 11th and 12th August as we pushed through previous ATH's. It definitely feels like someone accumulating a big position to me, and according to my calcs, they still have a decent chunk to go before they would hit the 3% threshold. Will be interesting to see if these trades continue, and if so, whether we get a holdings RNS. Of course, it could all just be me reading too much into things, but somehow I doubt it.
