In which case I think that is a decent deal. 5m warrants at 45p will net us over £2m cash if we should need it in future, and we’re still in a much better position warrant wise than we were a few months ago (21.6m total outstanding now).

SuperRoty, why would they need £20-30m given their funding model? For the businesses they are responsible for funding (UK and Germany) they are going to concentrate on getting those plants up and running and getting to nameplate capacity of 330tpa. When they reach even 100tpa they will be generating significant cashflow. US and ROW are/will be funded by partners, Songwe and Pulawy by the PIPE financing. There was never going to be a need to raise anything more than a few million.

Well, fair’s fair Alderban, you called it, although your other 17p call was way off the mark. I had suggested a max raise of £2m but they’ve obviously decided to get it all out of the way at once and hopefully this is now the last one. 30p is a little disappointing, but I guess when seen in the context of being at 4p 14 months ago, it doesn’t seem as bad. Don’t like them offering a warrant, would have preferred a half warrant or no warrant. The funds are mainly being used for development of the UK and German plants which is positive, we did say that the remaining German plant funding requirement was an unknown. Also sounds like more international partnerships are getting closer.

At least the raise out of the way now and we have lots of positive news to drive us forward from here. Should also provide a new support line. I assume this is why Myles has been quiet recently.

MM's have moved it down again on low volume, 3% drop on less than 250k total shares traded so far today. The 50k sells are still being drip fed in. You can be sure that if we had instead had a couple of 50k buys we wouldn't have moved up 3%...

Thanks Bonker, a reminder that this issue is not going away, and a perfect backdrop for the commissioning of the magnet presses at Tyseley (due in the next month) and the start of German magnet manufacturing later this year. GKN will no doubt be helping us with these discussions.

Finton, most of them seem to be 1. on your list. I think there have been a few instances of algorithmic trading broken down into small pieces, but this is less usual. As monaz says, some are probably PI's with free trading accounts. But most of them occur when MM's are moving around on the bid and ask on L2.

Gold has just gone through $3,700. Immediate $3,750 target next, with $4,000 target in next couple of months.

Have noticed these in the last few months. Big flurries tend to happen just after open some days. A few micro trades at the bid and ask price tend to occur when an MM changes position on the bid or ask on L2. Not sure if the purpose is to communicate particular positions.

Oh, and I can sell £50k way above bid at 33.11p.

Last buy before close on Friday 33.87p, latest buy today 33.85p. Hundreds of thousands more in buying than selling volume (on trades reported so far). Yes we certainly are in play Jimzi.

And just as I posted a UT for 100k at 34p, so make that 5 x 100k.

Ok, so we've now had 4 x 100k buys in the morning. There has to be a very large sell at some point in the morning (so far unreported) to give the MM's the shares to feed those buys, if not something very strange is going on.
