It feels odd that only 20% of the stock available on market. Is this the norm? I sense those that have held won’t sell? So movement is in the 20% and I wonder how much of it is PI small II : simple betting.

I’m holding my RTN. Slow burn (not that slow +ve). @anacott. I can’t help but compare this to THG, from corporate governance. Good results // good interviews from Hornby to right publications // Chair (yes a non-Exec chair) buys shares following results…. And if THG just took so steps out for RTN market would be much kinder.

Is it discounting more heavily than usual (Q. to freq. purchasers). Most items <£20 w. group discounts at min. spend. At this £-point I think customers continue to purchase. What’s not clear (to me) is if THG are discounting (more than usual) to maintain volumes.

Thank you Kando, interesting perspective. And I lean toward your view. To run the counter-argument, separating THG into its constituent parts would allow the market to price each individually (with more confidence) and at the moment, for whatever reasons (several available), the market is unclear, confused and lacks confidence in the current structure and projections. The role of the Board (and Chair) in my view is to demystify this w/o unwinding the synergistic value the group has created and holds.

I think it’ll drift down this week. Trying not to get caught up in it all -&- holding for my Q3-23 investment horizon. Confident it’ll be higher than 82p then.

I guess (a) black rock genuinely have a change in view, hence exit and (b) for others it’s the listing status/governance red flags…. What else? Concerns over profitability (but these don’t stand for what is a growth stock trying to reach ‘platform’ status)…. I’m asking these Qs because important to see it from otherside too.

- Navitas / RKH / FI : in motion targeting 31-Mar-22
- events conspire to make now most opportune moment for SL progress in many years.

FI O&G strategic global asset offering (a) release valve to Russia bind on O&G and coverage for any Middle East disruptions. Once operations is also an asset to defend : I place military presence around w/o taking the mickey. Surely now, with Navitas, with £ on gas / oil : it is a GO for starting and RKH. If they can’t go in the next few weeks it really never will happen (is my view).

LOL (is how I am nursing myself) and now the entire group is valued at £1.4BN (the whole turkey : stuffed). Either massive massive calamity by SoftBank (it’s happened) and all brokers … or there is latent value.

The SP is having a very tough time. Tomorrow likely to be worse :- not on THG but blowback from Russia / Ukraine. Just need to fast forward six months. Where I am now I am not willing to cut losses when from this depressed position I more inclined to think there will be a flaw and bounce at some point. Just fast forward six months to 22nd August 22 I doubt we’ll be at 102p
