How do we feel THG will fare through a recession. FMCG may take a hit. But it may also push potential ingenuity clients to on board. I guess THG automation would create a cost base advantage. As for nutrition / beauty presumably they take a hit? Just working out whether this can still sink (shocked it’s where it is) or whether it bumbles along before someone works out it’s as cheap as chips. That might be sooner with $/£ rate. Also when is this golden share being given up : thought it was by now. Surely due a strategy update

I think it will take c. 12 months : c.July 2023 though I hope not. Sentiment will take time to change : I can see RTN release +VE trading updates but there being a lag until fully reflected in SP until broader market headwinds pass. The shame is RTN well hedged for energy and now interest rates -&- to my mind an affordable treat (welcome in hard times).

Good point. Well made. Debt long-dated (as in +3yrs) by when I expect Waga to be steaming in a market with fewer multi-venue outlets. Also their deliveroo service inc. packaging is exceptional. At Camden there’s staff simply tending to that : drivers even have their own entrance. Don’t like being down but happier in RTN shares than in cash at the mo.

& SP tanks a little more. Is the economy really that bad (!). We’re all going to get stung but I think we’ll still eat out time to time.

Deutsche target at 47p : I think that's a bit conservative.

At Ste2000 I think Thg may opt to maintain / lower price level (to keep/grow share) rather than take benefit the profit uplift : if in fact this is going on. I’m okay with this personally as long as THG explain it. We are due a strategy update.

Oddly : I am yet to walk by an empty Waga. Even the one in Greenwich was 50% full at about 4pm yesterday.

I tend to agree DEMPS -&- added a tiny bit today. Clearly market is concerned with future earnings (inflationary impact on costs -&- dampening in demand) : but I feel it’s overdone - we are at mid pandemic SP and whilst times are hard, they’re not that bad, surely. I don’t need to sell for a while so okay - though in the meantime paper losses are no fun.

-&- feel comfortable : appears to be being managed well // I’m yet to see an empty waga.

How do I participate in the open offer. I have shares in an ISA with Barclays. -&- not spare cash in the ISA wrapper. I’ve also heard nothing from Barclays : ie. No corporate action letter or notice. Will this come through offering details of how to purchase in the OO. Thinking I sell down some RKH (and other assets) and buy in to open offer with those funds (cos I get the warrants too) any one else in this position? If so how are you navigating this. All happening quite quickly for non-professional investors.

Hi all, I have RKH share with Barclays (some inside an ISA some outside). How will these warrants work? What do I need to do? No corporate action letter or similar from Barclays yet. Layman’s explanation most gratefully received.

I did think an RNS would release. -&- hoped so. But maybe it’ll be just before AGM. Who knows. Expecting Chair to get a grip of this today. MM great -but- not so great at ext. communicating strategy etc.

I had it nailed there’d be an RNS 7am today to clear way for discussion at AGM. Odd. Maybe they are waiting to release tomorrow morning.
