Thanks Mithrel, appreciate it. Good for every investor in KEFI to have a PI representative willing and able to take on these conversations and hold HAA and the BoD to account when necessary. Perhaps I am incredibly naive - some here might say so - but I think HAA is doing his best. Paid well, yes, but who of us would not take the money if it was on the table? If he had communicated better and understood PI's frustrations, perhaps it would not have been necessary to reach out at all, but it was, and you did, and now hopefully HAA will appreciate the need to put a bit more effort into that aspect of his job. Fingers crossed this all works out well and we make some money into the bargain!

Agree completely Catbert, however this mess is of HAA and the rest of the BoD's own making, and if there are problems as a consequence, they will be the ones to blame, not PIs who just want a fair deal and their views heard. Hopefully actual shareholder action (above and beyond Mithrel's commendable efforts already) will be unecessary. I am currently undecided what to do if I am called upon to pick a side. As you say, HAA could defuse all this rather quickly if he wanted to, but will he?

Yes, good stuff. Many moan on BBs, but few have the knowledge, time or initiative to actually do anything, so thumbs-up for that. Whether any of it will make any difference remains to be seen, but we deserve a bit more respect, quite frankly.

First of all, that's not how it works FU2, and you should know that. The majority of the shares should be held for at least the medium term by the new IIs. In addition, so far today, the SP is stronger that you might expect. Perhaps most of the selling relating to the placing itself was already done in advance, or maybe we're just too close to TK sign-off for most to want to be out at this stage (or both). Either way, while a big placing is always a kick in the teeth, the market reaction is currently more optimistic than many on this board. Food for thought.

While TK is, quite rightly, the focus, I would like to hear more about SA. What on Earth are we actually doing there? From 25% of a mammoth, if expensive, project, to what appears to be now a millstone around our necks. We were going to sell the lot, now it seems not. We were to require no further dilution, potentially ever, due the the sale. Well, we now know how that idea turned out! I don't throw around words like "incompetant" lightly, but for goodness sake, make up your minds, and then give it to us straight. Enough faffing - every change of direction is costing time, money and goodwill.

I strongly agree though that questions should be asked and answered. There's far too much smoke and mirrors going on for my liking. Accountability and transparency is pretty bad, even for AIM.

That's the price of keeping SA I guess. I did worry what it meant for dilution. Only so many ways to pay the piper. I'd have preferred to sell SA, but there we are. SA had better be actually worth something (in the MCap I mean) at some point!

Think you need to do some more research Ilka. Ortega will be relieved that the mine is finally going to get built and produce some jobs and some tax earnings for his government, after years of CNR faffing. There is always someone against something, anything, anywhere, but if you think this mine ain't getting built, you're the believing in fairy tales.

For that matter, it's not even crystal clear that it's a sell at all, looking at the trade prices around it...

How is it evidence of anything, other than a (potentially/probably one-off) sell FG? What makes you jump to the conclusion that it's forward-selling before a placing? I don't see the connections you're making.
