It’s Africa mining…I’m also in Atlantic and it’s taken a year for ratification and that’s still not been done! Operating in Africa is a whole different ballgame and incredibly frustrating for investors. I’m hoping patience will prevail.

Everyone here is entitled to an opinion and we don’t know if we are right or wrong…the only thing I am looking at now is the fact that we are months away from production when 1 in 5000 juniors fail to even get to this stage. Pretty much all major risks have been dealt with. Risk vs reward v good here. Personally I will be adding to my position in the hope true value plays out here. Can’t be guaranteed but long term the price absolutely should be higher than todays price. I can’t see this being sub 1p in 2025. But each to their own, I may be wrong. So everyone will have their own exit price and strategies, that’s cool. I just think it’s so under valued right now especially as gold isnt even factored in.

I don’t think anyone is saying they can’t get to much higher figures but I prefer to go with lower figures to manage expectations. If there is a bull lithium market kod could be much higher but it is impossible to predict. Plus gold isn’t even factored in as we don’t have an updated jorc compliant resource so lots to do. All

I can say is kod is still undervalued as it stands today.

Yep I’m with you Roger. Can’t see buyout of anything less than 1p at all. Hopefully 1.5p plus if we get to 50 mt. Long term hold this in my opinion. One of the lowest cost producers worldwide. That is key.

You forget though Matt that if a buy out happens, chances are will be at least double the share price (Hainan bought at 0.5 when SP was 0.25). If it does happen traders will be caught out with their pants down. After the news today I do think a buy out is more likely now as Hainan will want the full 65 percent. This is the final piece in the jigsaw, I’m expecting by Feb/Mar for this to be substantially higher.

They will also have 4 directors on the board, of which 2 are independent. It’s clear they really want to make a success of this mine and I hope grow future KMUK business through potentially other deposits / gold etc

Also it’s clear of the strong relationship between us and the Mali government. Let’s not forget this could hugely help us down the line with gold…

As we know the negative is we give away more of the project. However it clearly shows Bernie and the BOD have a great relationship with Mali. This is absolutely key! As you’ve said Lav other mining companies have had big problems. This also in my opinion makes a take over more likely. Hainan will want full control over the remaining 65 per cent.

My take on it is Bernie has shown to be too optimistic with his dates, he’s got previous form on this so as much as I had hoped, I didn’t think the license would be transferred by Oct. He should have said the board is aiming to get it transferred asap, hoping end of Oct, but the Mali govt have a load on their plate so can’t give a definite time frame.

I’m not sure if an offer is made below 33p it will even be presented to shareholders? It’s been rejected twice and because the BOD don’t make enough £ from a 33p offer I’m not sure it will even get through. FWIW I’d take 33p but am sure others here wouldn’t.

Thinking on this last night maybe Assore were hugely cheesed off and as an olive branch the bod decided to give them these cheap placing shares? We were in no desperate need for funds with over $7m in the bank. And perhaps it was a way of keeping Assore happy ish??

Bit odd why they’ve panicked on finding, still had $7.5m in the bank? Surely would have been better waiting until ratification and off take may have meant no need for funding? Disappointed in the BOD I have to say but out of their control. Just over promised and under delivered.

Hi all, been a bit quiet as had a seizure on Friday and smashed my head…recovering at home! I concur with the recent comments. Ultimately Bernie and Steve do seem like a great team and I’m excited to see what the future holds. We’re lucky to have been more than fully funded with a major, and perhaps if we go to the 2023 code, this may make a TO more likely as Hainan will want a decent percentage. Whilst lithium is the main attraction, gold prices are forecasted to rise even higher which could be the icing on the cake!
