Sure, 9th July 2024 RNS stated that IR was worth $6m to MF when IR was valued at $5.1 Bn. Then valuation of IR increased to $12.25 Bn so 2.4x. This means value to MF of $14.4m = £11.1m

£11.1m based on the revaluation of IR to £12.25Bn. Not sure IR shares can be traded yet though?

FYI based on the revised valuation of $12.25 Bn for IR, it’s worth £11.1m to Mindflair as it stands. Obviously can’t realise the £ until shares are sold but still way above current market cap!

Anyone like to take an estimate on percentage likelihood re rat? I’m 60:40 in favour at the mo…after listening to all latest interviews and Neil and Keith saying Q2 for rat, surely after having egg on their faces last time it’s more likely now? Maybe they’re negotiating on royalties ie higher lithium price brings higher % royalties? Tempted to grab some…everyone is watching Ghana and whilst they are greedy surely they have to rat at some point? any other thoughts?

So Herbert is confident ratification will come soon, I’ve heard that many times before! Trust is gone with him. I’m tempted to fire another bullet here and buy…on rat it will quickly rise, but if no rat and they try to renegotiate the deal which is a possibility it will drop heavily. Decisions decisions!!

Look at the medium to long term guys. Market cap £4.5m. Cash injection for GV at least £2.6m and paying off all debt. IR value to MF around £10-13m I think. Plus many other investments. I reckon either share buyback or dividends will happen soon now that the board have shares.

Yes quite possibly, also I think the AISC of $647 pt is based on an average across the DMS and floatation? I seem to remember the DMS is cheaper therefore maybe under $647 whereas the floatation will be above? Lav you probably know the answer!

If you were the board, would you consider share buybacks now that you have a decent chunk of shares? Wouldn’t that increase the SP?

FYI reading the SVV RNS they are clearing debt then paying dividends. Now that the board have taken a decent chunk of shares as options, I’d be surprised if a dividend isn’t on the cards at some point. Either that or share buyback, but reckon dividends.

Yep same but unfort traders are amongst us. Med to long term should be well above this level. Market cap sub £5m with £2.6m realised in cash for 1 investment plus IR realisation when listed I think is worth around £10m to Mindflair. So hugely undervalued and as of today zero debt! Value will play out and traders will get locked out. Possible dividends we will see though.
