Hi not ready check out RNS 9th Jul 2024, this states IR when being valued at $5.1 Bn it’s worth $6 Mn to MF. So I’m using that as a ratio moving forwards, hope that makes sense?

Remember that the increased value of IR to $12 Bn was largely the result of ONE investor putting in $3 Bn. When it starts to heat up I’d imagine a load of interest pushing the value way higher…

Great stuff thanks. So much potential upside here with many other investments and as SVV have said, many are in the exit stage. Genuinely excited about IR too, don’t think we will get news soon on this but if it IPOs potentially in 2026-2027 the value here could be huge!

Plus there are another 15 AI companies that MF have invested in via SVV, and some are in exit mode so expecting further cash realisations.

Plus value of IR to MF is c£11m based on IR’s valuation of $12.25 Bn, but v bullish CEO sees this rising to $1 Tn in 2030! I take that with a pinch of salt but even if it goes to $50 Bn that would mean cash injection if MF sell the shares a figure £46m with current market cap sub £5m!

True it could be worth more, but won’t mean much until the valuation is actually realised and MF cash in their shares. Judging by the IR video it won’t be IPOd until next year, which gives it time for an increased valuation. We will see…

Sure, 9th July 2024 RNS stated that IR was worth $6m to MF when IR was valued at $5.1 Bn. Then valuation of IR increased to $12.25 Bn so 2.4x. This means value to MF of $14.4m = £11.1m

£11.1m based on the revaluation of IR to £12.25Bn. Not sure IR shares can be traded yet though?

FYI based on the revised valuation of $12.25 Bn for IR, it’s worth £11.1m to Mindflair as it stands. Obviously can’t realise the £ until shares are sold but still way above current market cap!
