Thank you all who attended the AGM for your feedback. The dots do seem to be being joined up. The biggest thing I am taking away from the last couple of weeks is that we are almost there. The reason I say this is because of one major point. Prior to the Share Options being granted SP only had 492k shares whilst JR and TM had 7 well over 1M + each. That would mean SP wouldn't make that much money if deal was to be done. Now SP still will hold the fewest shares but his holding is now 1.6M so if a deal is done now they all (SP included) will make a fortune.

For this reason alone I think we are near the promised land.

In short whilst SP only had 492k shares deal was not going to happen. Now, it seems far more likely.

Potnak - what about those same negative voices that were saying at 10/12p the company was going to the wall and the SP would fall to nothing? You can't have it both ways. The situation is not binary. If you bought at 10p (which I did) then the rise to the current level is welcome. If you bought at .7 in old money and then sold some as SP climbed and climbed then that is a positive as well. If you bought at the top of the market then todays SP is shockingly bad.

Exactly the same company and the same SP over exactly the same period. Both realities are real. The question that should be asked is:

Is SAR closer to monetising their potential than they have ever been before?

What is likelihood of acheiving profit for shareholders from this point?

It can clearly still all go wrong, equally it can still all go right.

If you think likelihood of success is slim, then sell, if you think there is a high likelihood of success then hold or buy.

If you think in the shortterm SP will drop before climbing, either hold or sell then buy when you think drop has been done.

In the meantime I would recommend everyone does as much research as they can on the science etc, then consider likelihood of BOD delivering success then make an informed decision as to whetheryou buy, hold or sell.

We are where we are. Everyone can highlight historic positives and negatives as is their want.

Reality is this share (like every other share) is a risk vs reward decision. I am no expert but based on the RNS's and the IM's presentations and the science data (being found and shared by fellow posters), the historic performance of the BOD, and taking into account the comments from all the doom mongers on here, I have made by own decision.

My decision is to hold and to buy more. Another £1600 purchase this morning.

Am I saying I am right? No I'm not, nor will I (if I am right) taunt everyone and say "look at me, aren't I great". Equally if I am wrong then I'll admit i was wrong. My money, my decision.

I may top again either this afternoon or next week. All depends on SP and if any additional info becomes available.

I don't need someone to play the pantomine villian to "protect me" nor would I suggest does anyone else.

Wow!!! been away on hols (Sicilly) then work (scotland). just catchin up on 2 weeks of this BB. I wish I hadn't bothered. Potnak seems on a mission to write every other post. He seems to have some very strong view. Fair enough. He is entitled to them. What gets me is that he now says he is nothing like the Potnak persona on here. He is playing the role because he feels the role needs playing. And clearly he feels he is the best person to play that role. (Again, I must repeat "although it is nothing like who he is real life"). Is it just me or does anyone else find that statement outrageous?

Potnak - I have in the past agreed with some of what you have said, however I can no longer take anything you say seriously. You have just freely admitted you have chosen to take on a role (which is a negative one) becasue the role needed filling. You clearly believe you are the best person to play that role.

Whether posters are positive or negative on this BB, most are genuine and stating what they genuinely believe to be true. They are posting their own opinions and their comments are genuine. We can then agree or disagree with them.

You have admitted the fact that you are not being genuine and you have taken on a persona that is nothing like you in real life. I find that hugely insulting. Not that you have chosen to do that, it is your perrogative, you are free to do whatever you want. What I find insutling is that you didn't make that plain at the outset. I can never get the time I wasted reading your posts back. If I had known you were only fullfilling a role I wouldn't have wasted my time. Whilst I did not always agree with everything you posted, I was always glad to hear your geniune views. Unfortunately by your own admission the views you posted were not yours, but instead the views of the "persona" you were playing. In my eyes you now have zero credibility.

Luis - because the buy price you paid was below the mid-price at the time, therefore it comes up as a sell. It does it all the time, you can very quickly to learn where the real mid-price sits.

China Patent should be granted within next few months. Just waiting on process. What's not to like?

It does feel like SAR are systematically working through the checklist to optimise any potential returns, the questions I have are:

1) Whose checklist is it? SAR's or potential buyer.

2) Any ideas as to what else (if anything) is still left to do. All major markets now covered.

Hi all, Just checking as have been away on hols for most of the summer. RNS was positive, it may well be the final piece of the puzzle. I'm starting to think we may finally be approaching the end game. Could be an exciting couple of months.

Next RNS may well be the most important in SAR's history. If it's positive (which it had better be), then that will be the signal for MM's to start rapid rise in SP.

The reality is since the 18th July there has been approximately 2.1M shares traded. That's 2.1M shares traded in 2 and a half weeks, and the SP has dropped from 36.5p to 28.5p, a drop of nearly 25% in the value of the company.

That seems massively overdone in my eyes. 2.1M shares is an absolutely tiny amount of trades over that length of time, it's not even loads in one day. This leads me to believe the drop is an artificial one. Games within games.

Just trying to pick my moment for a top up.

£3 would be the absolute floor for me. Anything around £4.50 mark would do nicely, anything above that would be fantastic.

However all pie in the sky until formal offer is received.

The question is:

Is Sareum currently worth more than the £39M MCAP?

If you think the answer is YES then it is a buy or hold, if you think it is a NO then sell, short or wait in the wings until MCAP is at level you think there is value to be had.

IMHO - Yes it is worth far more than the MCAP, especially as the latest data was on time and looks fantastic.

I am prepared to hold and to top up when I can. But each to their own.

I hear the concerns etc beingvoiced but what has changed? Prior to the latest RNS we all knew that results were due to be released end of Q2, cash runway through to 2025 and plan is to on-licence / partner up to progress 1801.

Nothing has changed, other than they have successfully released RNS within the alloted timeframe and that it's great news.

So we now move onto next stage which is some sort of deal / on-licence / partner. Let's give them a chance to deliver on this. It's only been 3 days since RNS was released.

SP has not responded but IMHO it will.

Well SP down 10% but MM's re happy to take my entire holding 100,000 shares off me in one hit.

IMO this is going to bounce back up as soon as MM's have restocked with cheap shares.

Over the last couple of years I have seen it so many times where great news is released by a compnay in an RNS and SP doesn't rise significantly for 24-48 hrs after.

If SAR follows th same pattern then the SP should rise significantly either Tuesday afternoon or Wedsnesday.

Lets see.
