I just keep imagining what impact good news (however small) would have to the share price and my piece of mind.

Fair enough Glenmere. I take your point. But if Chairman was to say on website that it is "so far so good" and that they were successful in completing the 12 week trial without having to terminate it early. Would that not me financially impacting the Share Price?

If he was to say that I think it would have a positive effect on the Share Price. If he can't say that in a public forum (other than official RNS) then he should RNS it.

If he can say it in a public forum / online etc without having to RNS it then he should say it.

Either way I think they should update the markets at every milestone. Completing the 12 week trial is in my book, a milestone.

Unless there is another reason. (in negotiations or potential buyer doesn't want them releasing that type of info).

That is my view. I appreciate some or all may have a differing opinion.

(I may be in the minority of 1 on this, but for me, we ar missing a trick).

I don't think you can get in trouble for releasing too much facutal information. And by definition every piece of positive news (however small) has an impact finacially to the Share Price.

My view is that they can RNS at any stage. They could have RNS'd every single week of the trial if they wanted to. They could simply have stated. We have now successfully completed x weeks of the 12 week trial and at present there have been no known issues. Equally they can release an RNS stating the dosing phase of the trial has now concluded successfully. We have now entered the post study evaluation period with timeline as follows........

The question is do you release the teaser RNS's or do you wait and release a (hopefully) banging RNS?

Personally I would prefer the teaser RNS route as it generates a lot more interest from the market. More eyes will be on it as more PI's become aware of the potential good news coming.

However I also see the merit in one big banging RNS. But I'm not sure it has the same impact as like it or not, SAR remains under the radar.

SAR have done such a good job of hiding their light under a bushel that most of market won't know they exist.

BIG pharma probably does though and maybe that is the only audience SAR are looking to please. A drip drip of positive RNS's would also please the markets as well so that's why I prefer it.

Ultimately though if it's good news it might not make too much difference.

MM's are currently offering me 23.01p for 75,000 shares. (I tried 100k but didn't offer)

With the amount of shares I have accumulated over the years a £1 a share is live changing.

£3+ and the mansion is a real possibility.

Also means I can retire. I'm 54 in a couple of months. Retirement at 55 is the dream.

SP of a £1 and that dream becomes a reality.

Well they are willing to take 225,000 shares of me. That's the most they've ever been prepared to offer on.

So who knows, but I'm hopeful it's a massive positive.

I feels like MM's are trying to fill a big buy order, which is why they want so many shares and have dropped the price.

The are still offering to buy 250,000 from me so they have an appetite.

Previous higest number of share they have been willing to take of me in one hit was 200,000, and that was last week before we went from 20p to 25p.

Well MM's are willing to take at least 250,000 shares of me, so looks like we could be about to go on another run!!!!

I'm not too concerned (if at all) about warrants. More cash into the kitty if they do convert and warrants are already factore in to Market Price anyway.

MM's happy to take 200,000 share off me. I'm not selling but it shows they have an appetite.

I had a cheeky top up 11,019 shares at 2:30pm today but not showing up yet.

PCS - Hopefully you are on the mend and through the worst. Your health situation shows us we are all at various stages of health, age and life in general. We all want the same things, to be healthy, happy and hopefully wealthy. It has been a frustratingly long road with SAR and at various times I am sure we have all felt like screaming "Are we there yet". and "I just wish they would get there already".

The thing is it feels like we are almost there, we all just need to hang tight (easier said than done though).

Hopefully not long to go now and we will finally be at our destination, and not a moment too soon in my eyes.

We must be in week 11 or 12 now of 16 week trial. 2026 could still be our year!

I long for the message over the tannoy on the good ship SAREUM saying: We have now reached our destination, please disembark, we would like to thank you for travelling with us and have a safe onward journey.

Personally I would be quite pleased with anything that raises the SP or puts cash in my pocket.

I would prefer a Buy out of everything but as I say, I'll be delighted with anything positive.

I get the feeling you will not be happy no matter what happens.

I suppose it's all about perspective.
