I managed to find a little cash yesterday for a small purchase of 10k shares yesterday at 1:40pm. Wish I had more available funds. What we do know is that there was some strange activity with some big buys the previous week. SAR used to be a tight ship when it came to "news" but now appears a little leaky. So keep an eye out folks next time around as all the signs were there.

It was in my opinion a BUY. The tiny trades at 18 are not a true indication of the actual buy price at the time. Perhaps we should compare the trade price of the 250k trade with almost immediately afterwards. I know... Bailiff confirmed he bought £5ks worth at around half one. It was for exactly the same share price as 250k trade that went through 20 mins earlier.

Both lage trades yesterday were buys. The 250k trade wentthrough at 13:07 apart from 3 tiny tiny buys which were over priced the previous the previous sell was 5k in the 16's. So someones bought £100k's worth of shares yesterday. Interesting.

Fair play Bailiff. I've got bonus coming in a few weeks. If we are down at these levels I think I will be topping up with another £10k purchase as well.

Glad to see all the positive messages for Ggekko. It shows we are a community of investors who actually care about more than just the money. When we lose empathy for one another it is the beginning of the end for all of us.

Also my heart is warmed that Cobalt has had a "road to damascus" conversion. 4 weeks ago he was berating me for posting that I had just lost my Father.

Utah - I think it very much does have potential to go above £2, and I hope it does. However I am managing my own expectations. If it goes to £3, £4, £6 which it could I would not be surprised.

Joey2000 - Because I think they should be worth more (Much more) which is why I hold them in the first place. If a complete takeover bid then I would probably vote NO because I think SAR is worth more. If SP hits 50p on news of on-licensing deal then I would sell a quarter of my holding. (Which is what I usse for trading pot). My current holding has average of 17.5p. I could sell for a small profit now but I think they are worth more. Maybe I'm right, maybe I'm wrong. That said if SP goes up at all on no news I may sell my trading pot, and hope to buy back in lower than what I sold them for. I don't really want to give up main holding for less than £2 per share.

I apologise for not adhering to your rules. I have been a LTH on here for well over a decade and I have seen post after post of meaningless drivel over those years. I wasn't looking to turn the BB into an obituary board. I am not sure 4 or 5 posts warrants your comment. I would also question whether you have attempted to or actually added anything to the debate on SAR.

I only mentioned the passing of my dad on 23rd Dec, this week is always a very quiet week on the markets. I also gave it as context as the reason I will be now sitting back and letting SAR do whatever they need to do without me getting too stressed about it.

I'll try not to mention it again and I apologise if you think the spotlight has been taken off you.

That said the floor is yours. What is that you wanted to add that you haven't said 100 times already?

Merry Xmas & Happy NY to all. Unfortunately my Dad passed away a couple of weeks ago so haven't really checked in here. Losing my dad has certainly put things into perspective. Hold the ones you love close this festive break. They are the important ones, not whether the share price rises or drops by 1 or 2p. I'm heading into 2026 with low expectations on all my shareholdings, it's not worth getting stressed about. I am still confident SAR will get there. I'm content just to watch it play out. I'm not wasting anymore energy on it. It may land in 2026 it may not, either way (touch wood) the main thing is my families health & happiness. The rest pails into insignificance. HAVE A GREAT ONE EVERYONE!

I don't see this as a lifestyle company. They truely believe in their product. It is (to me anyway) probably just a skillset issue. In a sporting scenario I would say they are brilliant up to the opposition's box and create chance after chance but they can't finish. They need a goal scorer to convert those chances, even might manage to score from a half chance. At the moment it feels like they can't buy a goal. But it only takes one to go in and we are away. So they need to find a goal from somewhere or bring in a striker. With the screwup on the delivery vehicle in the last round of testing it feels like they have squandered yet another chance, but this one was from 2 yards out.

Good spot Warty. I have ammended.

1. Please can Dr Parker explain what has happened to the "orderly queue" of buyers lining up for SRA737 that he mentioned at the last AGM.

2. What are the criteria that BoD have to meet in order to trigger their bonuses?

3. Please can the BoD explain what value they have brought to Shareholders in the last 12 months.

4. At the last AGM Dr Parker stated: "The Board recognise the need to improve communications with Shareholders." Does he feel level of communication has improved this year?

5. Can the Board rate their own individual performances this year from 1 -10?

6. Is there a lack of deal making ability at Board level?

7. 2025 has been a dismal year for the Shareprice. What measures are the Board gong to take to make sure 2026 is different?

8. The Board have failed to deliver value for Shareholders again this year. What are the learnings you have taken from this past 12 months?

9. Do the Board accept that communication from the company to the market is substandard?

10. It feels as though there is no clear strategy as to delivering on the undoubted promise of SDC1801/2 & SRA737. Would the Board like to share their vision / strategy on next 12 months?

Whilst the BoD have to RNS on developments that are material to the Shareprice, it does not preclude them from maintaining regular dialogue through RNS's to the market to ensure PI's are kept fully engaged and up to speed.

Realistically this means they could end up issuing the bare minimum (only when they legally have to) or an unlimited amount of RNS's depending on how much they want to communicate with the market depending on their PR strategy. SAR do not have (and never had) a PR strategy, unless that strategy is to say nothing and when you do have to say something, for god's sake put a negative spin on it.

I actually think their inability to communicate effectively could be seen as a dereliction of their duties as a BoD only surpassed by their apparent seemingly inexhaustable talent on failing to deliver on their own self imposed timelines.

Come on BoD, pull your finger out or employ someone who can talk positively about SAR and also deliver on time.

I still believe!!! But I never thought the journey would be as painful and as error strewn as it has been.

I'm not second guessing what SAR BoD are doing. And I am not overly concerned whether it is 737, 1801 or 1802. All I want is the next RNS to be positive and showing progress. I leave it to the BoD as to which one they focus on.

However if pushed I would say:

1) Deal for 737 (Just because that would demonstrate they can actually get a deal done). Closely followed by

2) Positive update on 1801 (cause of trial being stopped & confirmation new trial underway or about to happen).

3) Receptor - positive update on AI work they have been doing.

Any or all of the above as long as RNS is positive, clear and transparent with positive comments. Not underselling or understating oas they usually do.

After the RF/PEEL HUNT debacle. I can't believe the BoD would be looking at rerunning that scenario with Singer. My money is on a deal of some sort.

If it is a re-run of the RF deal then there will be a PI revolt and heads will roll.

I'm feeling positive about this.
