RE: Interview3 Oct 2025 08:32
You can interpret the interview one of 2 ways. One positive and one negative. If there is a buyer / buyers in the background then interview only adds to potential value of SAR. Basically it is SP saying to them we are more than 737, 1801 & 1802. So up your price. OR there is no buyer / buyers in the background and it's more dilution and more jam tomorrow, without actually ever delivering on the jam that should have come today.
Option 1 means we were NOT the target audience for interview and therefore how it goes down with us is irrelevant.
Option 2 means we were the target audience, and if that is the case then SP has badly misjudged the situation.
All interview has done is create more uncertainty. I am very much of the mind that we need someone at the helm who can deliver. If SP had worded his answers better he could have sent the same message to potential buyers whilst also sending a message to Shareholders that there is a plan and execution of said plan is still on track. A positive message could have been received by both buyers and holders.
He always seems to fall just a tad short. Yes SAR are not failing, but they are falling short of where they should be. Is history repeating itself? Only time will tell. I am still very confident SAR will ultimately get over the finishing line, in footballing parlence, we have a great team creating loads and loads of goal scoring opportunites, however we don't have a world class striker to convert them. He will get some but will miss more than he scores. It doesn't make him a bad striker, but he's not world class. SP - you need to start scoring!!!!!!
