If it transpired that big pharma had made them personal offers (jobs etc) then they would need to be very careful as they need to acting on the best interest of SAR and not themselves. Could land them in deep do do.

I too am wiling to put in 3 - 5 lots of £1000. Looks like Shareholders stepping in could be the way forward.

The main thing is we will need to put the suggestion "formally" to the BoD so that if they then choose to go down a more destructive path they could be found to have breeached their responsibilities as Directors & Officers of the Company and would then be open to prosecution (both criminal & civil) and could end up with damages, fines and potentially prison.

If someone can set up an email account (SARshareholders group) then we can email our personal details and get this show on the road.

Work commitments mean I am unable to lead on this but more than happy to follow.

I emailed TM & SP yesterday, I suggested they call an urgent Investor meets meeting to update us on what they are going to do to turn this ship around. I suggested they ditch PH, PR person and any other unnecessary costs, including the BoD taking a 50% salary deferment. Please feel free to email them as well.

Were right. They called it correctly. Whilst I never disagreed with them that the SP would probably drop I stayed (and topped up) because I believed that the science is that good and news could drop at anytime so I ultimately believed SAR would be successful, and I didn't want to risk being out, in fact would take advantage of the lows.

However to both their credits they could have come back on here accompanied with a brass band to really rub everyone's noses in it. They have passed comment and are right to do so, considering how much stick they took at the time. I for one want to say: You were both right, you called it.

Now I want to know what they think the bottom is going to be on the SP.

NOT a good day!!!!!!! The BOD need to pull a rabbit out of the hat. Peel Hunt need to be sacked with immediate affect. And any other advisors they have need to go. BoD need to defer/ reduce salaries with immediate affect.

The key to bringing each of the entities Professional Indemnity Insurance policies into it is by naming both the individuals AND the entities themselves (ie, Anavio, COPL, Tennyson etc and all the individuals individually named). There will be more than enough cover to pay hundreds of millions in damages. The policies will not pay for any fines or penalties potenitally levied against the entities or individuals as a result of criminal acts. (as you cannot insure yourself, or your company for criminal acts).

Fair enough Lloydy. If we are going to look into the land issue, the best thing to do would be to find out who has purchased the land we have already lost. That will give you an indication as to who is involved.

I happened to watch a film called "Dumb Money" yesterday. The true story of the GameStop short squeeze. I knew the story but watching it (having experienced COPL) is an eye opener. I'm sure most on here will have wtched it but I would highly recommend. The cards are definitely stacked against us but it is possible for the "dumb money" (Us) to win occasionally. You never know they might make a film about us in a few years!!
