RE: AMKD & Dr. Zed27 Oct 2023 10:00
November & December are always manic (workwise) for me that means I spend most of my time travelling and meetings but I really hope to make the AGM this year. Peel Hunt, Parker, lack of PR and lack of Corporate minded CEO are my gripes. I remain hugely positive on prospects for SAR but AGM's are there for Shareholders to hold Board to account and to ask the difficult questions in an effort to continually improve. It shouldn't be a "love in" unless things are going perfectly on all fronts.
They are in a bit of a "goal drought" results wise, they need to get at least one deal over the line, then the rest will probably follow in quick sucession.
However the biggest thing for me is the SAR business model that keeps getting repeated by the Board is to deal at the pre-clinical or early clinical stage. Looking at 737, 1801 & 1802 we are at or even beyond those stages. The Board run the risk of missing their own targets. WHY?
It is a simple question. No more excuses. Get it done.
As I say, whilst I remain hugely positive on SAR, these questions need to be asked, and more importantly answered and acted upon. No more lame responses, if the science is good and the big boys are looking for deals there has to be a reason why SAR can't get a deal. If it's not the product and it's not the lack ofdesire from the Big Boys to deal then it has to be something SAR aren't doing or something they are lacking.
AIMHO
COME ON SAR!!
