Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
Scheckler - Tht's not what I'm suggesting. Not saying that won't happen though. What I am saying is I can envisage II's will now currently be looking at making investment in SAR. It might take a few weeks to a month before an II takes the plunge. I would imagine they would do it in one hit, and probably outside of the market. AIMHO

IMHO the next step is for II's to jump onboard. The GSK Sierra deal will take a while to go through, as soon as voting confirms it is going ahead I think we will see some major investment from Institutional Investors. That is why the appointment of PH was rushed and then consolidation of shares.
I predict a II will be confirmed as having bought in for over 3% of SAR in the next few weeks. Then the party will really start as we can then expect a gaggle of II's all jumping onboard.

Elcap (COME ON SAR!!!!!)
it gets interesting when the MM's need shares, and the investors aren't selling, so the MM's drop the price in order to flush out the weak holders, but all that happens is as soon as the price drops investors buy more. MM's are then in a difficult position, especially if they have committed to fill large buy orders at a certain price. Whilst information flow certainly has a bearing on the share price, it could be argued that the MM's have as big if not bigger bearing on the SP as it is their job to make a market. They need buyers and sellers otherwise they make no money. MM's love volatility as long as they have control. That's why it's a 3 way tug of wars between buyers, sellers and Market Makers.
PAS - also the MM's can hie large trades until after the market has closed. So it loos as though every trade is a buy, but they have hidden a massive sell, they know that will have a negative impact to the share price, so they don't report it, meanwhile unsuspecting investors continue to buy at a high price, the MM's are selling you shares from their float, knowing that once the large sell is known the share price will tank. Then when the SP is dropping, MM's will at some point decide to buy the shares at a much lower price to top up their float. Once they have all the shaers they need the share price will again go on a rise. There are 2 markets running along side each other. The Investors and the MM's both buying and selling and looking to make a profit.
Another scenario is a large investor puts a big order in to buy £500k at a fixed price (say £1), an MM takes that order and now needs to fill it. That MM will not want the sell price to go over £1 as that would mean they are losing money on every share they need to fill the order. So price will be held back until order is filled. Again they will want to increase their float as well as they know the SP is going to go up so they can then sell those shares at a higher price.
PAS - Every trade isn't always a buy and a sell. MM's have a float of shares. Sometimes they will drop the price, people bail or stop losses are triggered, thus loading MM's up with lots of cheap shares, they then increase the price and sell those shares at a profit to Investors. It is not a straight forward 1buy = 1 sell. It what makes the markets so intriguing. The buyers have an agenda, the sellers have an agenda and the Market makers have an agenda. Hope this helps.

Hi Base - Got in at 2.25 about a month ago then bought again at 1.85 a couple of weeks ago. Didn't time the bottom very well on the 2nd purchase. Thought the 1st purchase was ok, then War broke out. I think (IMHO) there is a significant upside on this one.

Addison- you have purchased shares in atransaction, that transaction appears on the system, if above the mid price shown at the time it is recorded as a buy, if below it is recorded as a sell. The MM's have a float of shares so they can fullfill your trade from their float. There does not need to be a seller per se. Hope this helps
Sneckieboy - The Tox RNS is another hurdle cleared taking us closer to the finish line. The question you need to answer is; Are SAR a better proposition / risk today than they were yesterday pre RNS? IMHO the answer to that is YES they are. Give the market time to react. I am confident our slow march to the promised land is very much on track. II's coming on board will speed that march up. Give them time to jump onboard. AIMHO Elcap
IMHO there will be a delay between the tox announcement and a significant hike in the SP. II's will be putting wheels in motion, but there will be a delay between them deciding to buy and actually buying. They will have to follow a process, they don't just have one man sitting at a laptop making snap decisions. The yare not as nimble as PI's in that regard. I would expect a steady rise over the next 2 - weeks though as they take their positions. Hopefully today's RNS is the start for some positive news flow. AIMHO
