Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
I think it would be a good idea to move away from Billy Himter thread. A lot of good research has been posted on it and if thread is removed it will be annoying. This has already happened last week on previous thread that was removed.
Or it could be reference to the comment about a HNWI with Belgium connection, or we stumbled far too close to reality in respect of GSK/Sierra strategy. Perhaps it's GSK not wanting the airing of the commets around the purchase of Sierra and their plans until deal is complete.

The entire thread containing all the back and forth yesterday with all the data, information etc about GSK / Sierra / SRA737 has been removed. I didn't see anything to warrant removal. suspicious if you ask me. Why would the thread be removed?

I have an almost brand new mobility scooter that we are trying to sell. Range 30 miles, cost £2,500 - £2,700 new. ONly brought it 7 months ago for my wife's Nan. Unfortunately she only got to use it 4 times before she fell (in middle of night) down stairs at her home and sadly passed away in Feb. My wife is selling it for £1500. If you are interested let me know.

Bill - You are probably right on the £250m cap without news point. I still point out it was just a feeling. Perhaps another HNWI decides to join the party. Perhaps GSK / Sierra deal completion could be trigger. At the end of the day if the MM's want to move SP up or down they will based on nothing more than their eagerness to make a market (and make money).

Bottom line is SAR currently have a market capitalisation of £150M. Any positive news in the slightest is going to move this up significantly. Somethings brewing, it's just a waiting game now. It feels like we could go on another run (even without news). Wouldn't be surprised to see us settle (without news) on market cap of £250M. That would do me for now.
I am basing the "going on a run" comment on nothing more than a gut feeling.

COME ON SAR!!!!!!!!!
I'm not into name calling or ****ging others off. IMHO Sierra were never going to progress SRA737 until after momo. However I think GSK know exactly what they are getting. SRA737 will be very much kept on the 'down low' until the GSK/Sierra deal is fully signed off and complete. GSK will then progress SRA737 immediately. Why wouldn't they. GSK have a completely different mindset, agenda (and funds) to that of Sierra. So until the deal is complete GSK and Sierra will blank us completely. What would be interesting is if a) the GSK/Sierra deal falls through. (I could then see GSK making an approach to Sierra for SRA737). b) Deal goes through and GSK then come after SAR completely. c) Deal fails and GSK just decide to come after SAR completely.
IMO all options are positive for SAR. But nothing is going to happen until deal completes or falls apart.
Only other scenarios are d) A N Other Pharma tries to step in for SAR under GSK's nose or the most unlikely of all the options e) SAR continue to progress SDC1801/1802 all the way throughto end of P3 trials. Even this option leads to the promised land (presuming both molecules are successful), it will just take another 5yrs.
We are now in a holding pattern until deal is done / or fails. So probably another couple of months of stagnation, unless we get positive news on patents etc or more invbestment from HNWI's.
I'm remaining patient, although offer accepted on new house, so could really do with SAR releasing some very positive news inside the next 6 weeks.
COME ON SAR!!!!! Throw me a bone here.

Just for fun, I put SRA737 into search engine. 1st link that came up was an old one but a goodie. Worth reading again to remind ourselves of what the experts said: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31470128/
Here, we show that combined treatment of SRA737, an oral CHK1 inhibitor, and anti-programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) leads to an antitumor response in multiple cancer models, including SCLC. We further show that combining low, non-cytotoxic doses of gemcitabine with SRA737 + anti-PD-L1/anti-PD-1 significantly increased antitumorigenic CD8+ cytotoxic T cells, dendritic cells, and M1 macrophage populations in an SCLC model. This regimen also led to a significant decrease in immunosuppressive M2 macrophage and myeloid-derived suppressor cell populations, as well as an increase in the expression of the type I interferon beta 1 gene, IFNß, and chemokines, CCL5 and CXCL10.
Thanks Luton & Silverfoil. I am very quickly learning as much as I can about all different types of mortgage and our options.
I'm trying to find a way to avoid having to sell any SAR at the moment. I know that if I have to sell, the day/week after the share price will soar. Bloody sod's law. So I'm engaging as many experts (financial advisors, tax accountants and mortgage advisors) as possible to find the best way forward.
Exciting times (and a litle stressful TBH). On the plus side my wife is saying DO NOT sell any SAR shares, so at least I have her backing.

I have lived in my home ( with wife and now kids) for last 20 yrs. We brought it off my Nan & Grandad. It is a place we were looking forward to staying our whole lives. We both earn good money and the mortage is coming down nicely. Then last week whilst bored. Had a look at Zoopla, just surfing. A week on and w have put an offer in on a 6 bed detached house. (I live in a 4 bed semi detached chalet bungalow). We are looking at a significant upgrade (with a price tag to match).
Offer accepted today. Now the problem. I could really do with the funds. Not critical but difference between us selling the house we live in or renting it out to my inlaws. We are keen to get equirt out of it for new property.
In short, I was happy for SAR to come good at some stage in the next 7 years. Now I would like SAR to come good in the next 7 weeks!!!!
Tim, if you're reading this, throw me a bone. a positive RNS next week would work wonders.
Happy weekend all.

Can you post it on twitter using then nae SAR and Dr's Mitchell & Parker. Perhaps they will then retweet it.
Apologies I would but haven't been on twitter for a couple of years now.

things could get very interesting in the next few weeks. II's will have now had time to digest the GSK ? Sierra news. Eyes will be upon us. GSK are not (IMO) going to put spotlight on SRA737 until after the Sierra deal is confirmed. If I was them I would be pretending I wasn't even aware of SRA737 at the moment. Not until I knew it was mine. Games within games I think.
Any sort of good news from SAR , or confirmation that GSK/Sierra deal has been ratified and I think that will be spark needed to see a signifcant rise in the SP.
So for the reasons above I had yet another top up. If SP drops tomorrow I will top up again. I think there is almost certainly II action going on behind the scenes at SAR. Things are hotting up.
