It was the bit in brackets (or do we call them parentheses ?) that I didn’t quite understand. Maybe a question mark after the word sensible would have helped me. As a former worker in the international oil industry ( a forecourt pump attendant- I was especially good at checking oil levels and helping with tyre pressures for little old ladies, also my brother in law worked for the gas board, back in the day, so I think I have a bit of an inside track) I would hope that there ought to be an announcement before the end of 3 months.
My twin brother, Zweibert, agrees.
I think we understand that there is more than one prospective counter-party, so there would appear to be ‘competitive tension’ on timing as well as price.
