Firstly, the situation will differ case by case for every application, depending whether the supplier has provided a full set of data as required in our guidance.

As you can see, there is no specific guidance related to applications being completed by the 1st of November, and we state that - DHSC aim to have the results of the review within 20 working days, but this may take longer if there’s a high volume of applications – which is very high at the moment, also it depends whether we need to request further information when the applications do not include all the information required in the guidance and if the suppliers do not come back with all the information requested, we cannot review those applications in full until full information is provided. Just because the applications have been submitted before 1st of September, does not mean that the submissions included all the data requested.

I invested after the company released information regarding a signed contract with the UK government which was worth between £50m and £320m, according to the CEO.

So, why did they not tell the truth and say it was worth between £0 and £320m, I would not have invested on those terms.

And they still think they have done nothing wrong?

I agree with most of this….however

Colin signed a contract, which now I would describe as best a memorandum of understanding at best.

Did not included any clauses to cover the company financially for losses incurred if the “contract” was not enacted.

So basically, gambled over £2million on, as it turns out nothing.

But was very happy to have this news Pinned to their Twitter feed up to yesterday, kept on insisting to shareholders things were moving slowing in the background but were moving and at no point communicated how utterly p*ss poor the contract he signed was.

That is why he has let us all down and his actions shows how out of his depth he is.

Looks like the government are controlling all information regarding CTDA approval. Just had this email back regarding my request for an explanation for failure to meet their own deadlines / guidance on approving test.

Also just come across this - they have had over 61 days to do this review in.

DHSC aim to have the results of the review within 20 working days, but this may take longer if there’s a high volume of applications. DHSC will prioritise certain applications where necessary, for example if it’s in the interests of public health.

Maybe we should all ask the hoarse directly why they have only reviewed three tests, when companies met their deadline for the paper work / paid their fees on time?

Even when you could buy the test, this sounds like we weren’t selling that many anyway, hence why they have shared no sell date with the market to date.

Answering these questions are not covered by a mystery NDA, does not need clearing by PD, does not need FDA approval - all it needed is them to honour what they said during the presentation and yet again they fail to deliver on what they tell us.

All they have done is released the questions asked during the presenation and have ignored all the other questions they said they would answer - just more content shown towards us. I hope the next one is in person, bit harder for them to hide from us
