I like this board, it’s a good one with sensible people on it.

But when the CPR lands, expect this board to change instantly with lots of new, seemingly knowledge posters, sprouting ****.

I will do a lap of my garden, when I read the first post regarding the Americans are coming at 2.30.

Some money must had come in from Avacta, they had just over £2m against manufacturing costs and mentioned Abingdon as being one of the parties to receive this along with Mologic.

Not been my experience when Jazz brough GW Pharm, there is also the potential for a counteroffer and a bidding war.

But putting that all to one side. Its best to play this game with published knowns, e.g. what official the company is telling you rather than the brilliant ideas that are generated and get traction on these bulletin boards. 99.9% of it is utter rolloxs

But there is also so much other news, which is entirely within their control, which they could be sharing with us and choosing not to.

I have been invested here for years all the way back to Rose days, so I don’t think I am impatient by nature.

But,

On the 8th of Dec we were told the CPR would take up to 60 days to complete, that was 107 days ago. How can someone who is writing a “competent person report” be so incompetent with their timeframe estimates? Are we being told the truth here?

Also, on the 8th we were told at $65 a barrel for oil the well would have paid for itself in 7 months. We are now 3.5 months along and for most of that time, oil has averaged over $100 a barrel. We must me very close to having the well paid for, if everything is going to plan with daily production rates? Which it must be as they have not updated the market since the 8 Dec with revised production numbers.

I am however starting to feel like a mushroom, the only good thing is that the CEO unlike so many in this game, has a large wad of cash in the company.

Ever optimistic but news massively overdue.

shame the main links to find out more about the product do not work (well they dont for me) but we did only go live this morning and these things do happen, hopefully they get it fixed asap before traffic turns up to buy.

The Chinese company is going to buy the factory, take on the staff and so have all the same fixed costs as ODX.

Yesterday we were told ODX strength lied within manufacturing tests!

We were also told that the Chinese were selling tests into the UK market cheaper than what ODX could buy the raw materials for, even before you factor in manufacturing costs.

If this is all true, with the same fix cost base how can this Chinese company manufactory tests at this factory which will make them money? They have the government sown up, so why not just keep bringing them in from China?

ODX as trustworthy as Putin.

We are confident over the last 12 months we have not mislead investors – whilst having at the top of their twitter feed, contract worth a minimum £50million to us.

Why don’t ODX pick up the phone and sale Alva to the Scottish Government for £1m, with the understanding that they then produce the ODX LFT for the people of Scotland, so keep the test either free or very cheap as the profiteering middlemen are cut out of the chain.

Works for the people of Scotland. Will be a political embarrassment for Boris and is a better deal for ODX.

I find it very strang that ODX, ABDX and AVCTA all use the same PR company - which has simple done nothing for anyone of them to promote what is going on here with the goverment.

We acted in good faith!

You should had acted under strong contacts that protected us all financially.

But then again selling when you did, your capital was never at risk.

18 months and £11 million pounds later and still we wait.

The government provided them with the equipment as well - I think the rumour of people sat around doing nothing for months were true.
