Was it a science presentation or was it an investment presentation. Two very different audiences brought together for a single presentation. Know your audience and present relevant information in a format easily understood. Impossible with these two very different audiences in the same room.

Scientist are only interested in science, they might be impressed if you have a pipeline of dreams that cover of 8+ opportunities to revolutionise the world.

Money men see this differently, that’s 8+ open pits for money to be thrown into.

If you spread yourself to thinly, you get nothing completed, far better to get one thing over the finish line and start making money from it than move on to the next. Especially when your reputation as a CEO has been one of constantly over promising and always underdelivering on the commercial side of the business.

No surprise the money has flown out rather than in since last week’s ill-defined and executed event.

Dont worry, the CEO told us months ago they were stockpilling coal for when the wash plant started. We must have a massive pile now, would be lovelly to see a photo of it.

I think this is all linked to past actions of the CEO of this company.

You state it clearly works – the board has said nothing, so this is only your educated opinion.

The board however told us that our LFT clearly worked and with Omicron – then three weeks late said, actually no it doesn’t work and we don’t have the best test in the world and no manufacturing is not going to be our only problem.

If they can ever be bothered to updated us and if that is as you think it will be, very positive, this will pop. But I think most people are waiting for the news and are happy to miss some of the upside in doing so.

I just wish AS hurry ups and decides he needs a new house again.

One small offtake agreement signed in nearly two years of trying.
No one here knows, if this was a friend helping out a friend by throwing them a bone.

Happy days, all you have to do is forget this was written by Carl Esprey in January 2021 and in the next 20 months, he hasn’t made a single £ for shareholders and has only closed one offtake deal. But he has been able to pay himself very well and continually dilute us in the process.

Carl, we have enough coal to last a couple of hundred years. Eye on the price $$$$$$$$
Interview, we have 10 possible 20 years before coal is phased out, eyes now see a lot less $$$
Especially as Contango seem to be in no rush to produce / sell / do deals as the clock ticks down

This type of business model is in danger everywhere you look, here, Made.com, Naked Wines. A digital to consumer business is failing as the cost of advertising to reach a new customer is so great, there is very to no margin left to make the business profitable.
I was hoping for some innovation in the marketing, A tie in with Centre Parks or Hilton etc Enjoy your best night sleep on holiday on a new Eve mattress etc People then enjoy them on holiday and then go and buy one.
All we got however was less of the same as there was not enough money left to keep feeding the monkey of digital / TV advertising.

I did a degree in retail marketing and one the first day we were asked a question. You and one other ice cream van are on a busy beach. Where do you park your van?

The correct answer was next door to each other, then you would have exposure to 100% of the market e.g. people wanting an ice cream, and you would compete on price, product quality, service etc

With the restriction on advertising online and with such a strong url as Chill.com. If I was in charge here, I would be considering the Chill.com marketplace. A section of the site where we would host competitor’s products and take a 30% commission on their sales, to make Chill.com the natural destination for CBD products online.
