And at what quantity of data do we succeed in obtaining data gravity, a level sufficient enough that it then attains approval in medical applications ? Was this a achieved thru the Germany Uni/ hospitals monitoring stage ?

As you correctly state there has been a lot of false data passed down from Amit so yes, this may be similar. The notice from CTAG of aforementioned deal has though been confirmed as a genuine notice from several brokers but all of whom are waiting on further clarification. The shareholders will be doing likewise. As posted earlier, then my fingers are crossed for a good outcome for all.

With the metrics then available to the investors prior to delisting, then yes, TW & WShak called this correctly. Shares that were transferred to a normal trading account then have CGT of 10% or 20% depending on wether you are higher tax payer earnings more than c.£50k or if as lower tax payer <£50k for whom the CGT is then 10%. After the last 5 years, is a nice problem to have.

The suspicion though, is that a divi figure half-way to 23p
will then be used ie that the licensing value may be paid over several years
A divi to shareholders then means Amit could retain CTAG with an mc of eg.c.£50M (a level which brings in the ii’s) so as to then chase his next venture, assuming of course he’s not had a gut-full of the abuse. Guessing though he’s able to switch off from the bb’s dirt digging posters & will again be aiming for the stars, on a par perhaps with the successful investor who then asks himself ‘did i just get lucky, or could i do it again..’. That large holding then came with a lot of external grief mainly that one must participate in a bb class action. Refused to go down this route as primarily believed that Amit had still operated within the legal guidelines, that he had tried hard with the multiple presentations and that also, we individually should accept responsibility for our investment decisions.

Those ‘legal guidelines’ admittedly became somewhat grey, the further he moved the investment vehicle offshore, so would have been very difficult imo to get any legal repercussion. That was me also trusting in the assumption that there had been a good/determined effort from Amit, to try & achieve a useful medical application.
I was then biased towards Amit’s efforts by TW & WShak’s negative inputs, the worst of which was centred around a fairly strong perception that WShak was racially biased against Amit.
I have zero time for the bb eejits who instantly write off any of TW’s analysis and although I think his Politics are somewhat aligned with granddad’s views, I always take onboard his business views. On this investment I thought he was perhaps too aligned with WShak and those political influences had crept in. Time will tell, and we should all know soon enough.

One of the reasons that I liked Amit was that he was in the similar vein as elder brother. An ex-Sony Ericsson project manager who then developed his own business project, technically biased on modems / video, and had exactly the same patter as Amit for extolling project funds out of investors. So a similar amount again, lost that year, on two entrepreneurs who I had then written off as simply being ahead of their time. Elder bro lost out but his core business technology has since been picked up successfully by others & likewise with Amit, i think the idea was also ahead of its time.

So, maybe he has scored but lol, I’m half-suspecting that the CTAG website will have been hacked, which means that if so, then perhaps post weekend, there may be an update…

EM’s problem is that for his lucrative EV setup to continue to thrive then he needs them to operate from cheap online electric power & he needs that electric power as a large multiple of the current existing infrastructure.
We are beginning to see some regions where EV is now more expensive to run & operate.
EM then hopes to convert the lorry fleet to electric.
This then requires electric power sources that can handle in the region of 1 Mega Watt. The car appliances today are only up to Level 2, from domestic settings. Porsche are looking at a higher charge level of 315kVA (kilo watts) but Musk knows this won’t entertain a lorry size capacity; they would take too long to recharge.
Several manufacturers looking at 2M watt chargers to then reduce the recharge time down to 30 mins.
This will then require significant upgrade in infrastructure and is only cost efficient if the power stations are cheap. Hence his request for nuclear & O&G power.
He knows there’s a need for O&G to take up the slack in the renewable capacity, for at least the next 20 years. He is though far more likely to invest in RR’s nuclear power modules, as used for powering submarines & small cities, than going back to old technology that would then ruin his reputation in the EV sector.

What you subsequently highlighted was the Chudditch PSC.
What the Reuters article highlighted was the Sunrise PSC
and for which there is currently a concentrated effort
to try obtain a PSC by the end of this month.

And IF that then comes about, it redefines the metrics on Chudditch.
As a minimum I would then expect similar to the 2018 price metrics
Which saw Timor GAP buy-out Shell & Connoco Phillips
at very close to $1 per bbl of C2,
then evaluating Chudditch imv at c.$900M.
For November movements, it hinges on a deal being made next door.

It makes one think if #2 & #3, debt & spending, are perhaps interlinked ; most nations when they borrow need to show infrastructure. I’m guessing that for say, China, that a part share in a $11B LNG plant would only be entertained if the TL had sufficient infrastructure in place.

Hi bud, that northern storage size is on a par with a small ‘fuel farm’ about twice the size of your average airport bowser. I’m guessing it’s either for refuelling international traffic, marine or aviation, that has been converted to run on LPG. Or for small domestic infrastructures.

It again poses a problem for TL which is compounded by their power stations getting converted to gas. It’s the same problem for their neighbours in the Philippines. Is that LNG suppliers are currently selling their stock to the Europeans. The Philippines have 3 LNG plants coming online next year but no fuel to fill them.

5.5T cfg would definitely suffice.
