Can it even be legally applied ? Can I bring back tons of duty paid cigarettes from abroad ?

I personally would hope that we keep a high % of full field stub equity, as long as practicable, as being a non ISA tax protected (non-UK) & another 33 yrs ahead of me, if I live to the age of my "much tougher life" father, slow & steady dividends would be much more tax friendly & rewarding to me.
