According to page 23 of the company's audited 2016 accounts the auditors charged �12,000 for the 2016 audit and �10,000 for 2015. In addition, there were no other fees charged for auditing the subsidiaries or for any other services to the group in each of these two years.
Also , there is a separate sentence which states " there are no other fees paid to the Company's auditors other than in respect top the statutory audit disclosed above."
So, where did this figure of �60,000 arise? Will we have to wait for the 2017 audited accounts for the disclosure and see what fees were paid to the auditors for audit and other services?
