As your last post was criticising a poster which you describe his posting as strewn with errors. Perhaps you could explain where your post about the £60,000 fees for the auditors is found. The audited accounts for 2016 only disclose £12,000 as being charged by the auditors for their total services rendered to the company. By 30 June we will all see how accurate your post was as the audited accounts will have to disclose the amount charged by the resigned auditors and by their replacement. £60,000......?????

�60,000 ? According to page 23 of the company's audited 2016 accounts the auditors charged �12,000 for the 2016 audit and �10,000 for 2015. In addition, there were no other fees charged for auditing the subsidiaries or for any other services to the group in each of these two years. Also , there is a separate sentence which states " there are no other fees paid to the Company's auditors other than in respect top the statutory audit disclosed above." So, where did this figure of �60,000 arise? Will we have to wait for the 2017 audited accounts for the disclosure and see what fees were paid to the auditors for audit and other services?

Will there be any announcement about the Auditor's resignation? An auditor's resignation notice was filed on 15 February at Companies House. Why would they not want to audit a ground breaking technology company?

They have spent much of that on overheads , only £1.34m left at 30 June 2015. Will they even make an investment of 1p before all the funds are spent on overheads?

So what are the investment criteria you have used to assess the company? I am currently researching the company have a few issues.

and what about the gross profit margin the second half for 2015? Isn't that of any concern?

The stock holding is way too high relative to cost of goods sold in my opinion. Are you not concerned about this?

Why does the company have such a poor stock turnover ratio in relation to cost of goods sold?

An 80% spread is not a very good sign about what the market thinks about the company. Why does the company not announce a big dividend and pay it which would undermine any doubters about the validity of the company's bank balance. Or they could announce a share buy back. Otherwise the share will languish under the malaise which has spread among Chinese listed stocks on AIM.

The share price has reacted very badly to the announcement about the two directors leaving.
