Oh dear , instead of running around all the studios and conference halls perhaps the company should concentrate on its financial reporting. Firstly, why was the appointment firm for Its new chairman filed 4 months late? It has just file its annual confirmation statement. This will need correcting due to the errors on the form. The company issued shares to settle the Hillgrove loan. The shares were being admitted to AIM on 6 February. So where is the share allotment firm which is required to be be filed within a month? Why has the debentures charge not be satisfied as it is still showing as outstanding at Companies House? On the RNS of 31 January the company posted "PowerHouse now holds free and clear of any encumbrances. " So why is it still outstanding??

And yet have not claimed any research and development tax credit nor incurred any R&D expenditure, as stated in the audited accounts.

Reece, so Jabberba was sacked by Keith. But the problem is PHE hasn't had any employees. No sales, no products. It even had a fund raise two weeks after publishing it's 2015 accounts stating it had sufficient funds for the next 12 months. Then it raised £250,000 to expedite the hiring of sales staff. Now how many were hired by the company? Where were the job adverts for these sales staff? Which agencies were hired to recruit the staff?

So you post false allegations with no supporting evidence. Wazza had to run away from throwing all his false allegations. You will be doing the same.

Oh Jabberba, when challenged you soon changed your tune from " Keith says no need for funds" . Is market sensitive information really being given to you and not via a RNS?? Or did you pick that up at your Walter Mitty school of investing?

Dear sir, if it is a game changing technology, at the start of a J curve, then I am sure you will have a investors beating a path to your door. The share price will be booming as well with the conversion of waste to hydrogen. A simple demonstration of a working model to commercial organisations will be easy to organise for the company. If it works as you describe it then the product will sell itself and you won't need any interference from the government. How fortunate for the directors to be able to invest in such a company with such a great future. Keeping capital gains tax rates down will benefit them as they make their gains on their shares. Poor old Jabberba , having to resort to his pathetic postings and innuendos to try and support his failing case for investing in PHE. So yet again I have to state facts; I am a private investor who has never worked for nor received any financial reward by any financial regulated entity. Such a shame that PHE us tarnished with your pathetic postings. But, don't worry you give me more incentive to stay, research this company and post about it on here and other boards. Oh does so much look like a placing coming soon. All the pr puffery, MOUs with no contracts, rather than just getting on with the first working commercial 25tpd working in a proper commercial environment rather than the sanitised science park. Less than 4months for the audited accounts when the directors have to substantiate the finances are sufficient for the next 13 months from the date the accounts are signed. Plus, the total value of any financial commitments. No need for Jabberba to reply.

Need to get the share price above 0.5p for any share placing? Or will have to have a capital reorganisation to reduce the nominal share value below 0.5p? Will there be any other directors' share purchases announced to help push the news? Mmm shall we see two more in the next few days for one or two million shares each? This is being pushed by the posters as a ground breaking technology company. It is at the start of a J curve for the share price. And all we are seeing are £5k and £10k purchases.

Was this disclosed as s significant shareholding and will there be the required TR1 disclosures to the company and subsequent disclosure by the company to the market? Haven't seen any about Linc Energy shareholding. Does Renewme still hold its shares or have any been sold to trigger a TR1?

The RNS of January 2016 says the initial contract with W2T is initially only for two years. However, it also says that the contract may be extended if development milestones are met. The directors of the two companies will act in the shareholders best interests. Presumably at any such board meeting Keith Allaun and David Ryan would have to disclose that they are directors of both companies?

The lager khan, are you saying that the new unit can take all waste streams? I thought they were limiting it to only fine tyre crumb and sorted plastics? So does the local waste site produce fine tyre crumb and sorted plastic? If not will this have to be transported to the regional sorting centres for sorting into recycling streams first as that is the main priority. Only then, is the sorted plastic which can't be recycled can then be used for WTE. Equally the same will apply to waste tyres. Do what will happen to the waste which isn't tyre nor plastic, will PHE also take that off the local council?

Audible, those are not debt but accumulated losses, that is expenses already written off. So you can't write them off. You will either have to wait until you have generated and accumulated £57 million of net profits. Or have to have a substantial share capital reorganisation. Either way don't bank on early dividends for a pension. Not forgetting that PHE only received 49% of any profits from the JV in Qatar, if it even earns any. Nor that W2T shares half the profits on any project.

From the horses mouth...posted on here. But showed his lack of financial knowledge over such issues as Companies being prevented from paying dividends if there are no distributable reserves. So will have to wait a Kipling, an exceeding long time for any dividends or there will need to be a major capital reorganisation.

But Piltick,. You should read all the posts from such reputable people as Wazzza , Jimbotechstock etc stating that there is no correlation between directors shareholdings and a company's share price. Who are we to criticise their knowledge, particularly as Wazza is a Chartered Financial Planner you know!!

So Keith needs to be congratulated for his share purchase.The only director to have purchased shares in this "ground breaking technology company" . Not sure where along the J curve the company is but at least Keith ignored all the BB posters who argued against directors' share purchases as meaning anything. Will Jimbotechstock , Wazza etc now like to withdraw their arguments ? At least the purchase has helped to clear the 0.5 p nominal share value. Just hope the share overhangs of any W2T shares to be issued, remaining Hillgrove shares don't depress the share. Otherwise difficult to get any fundraise away without a share reorganisation.

Antelope, some points to consider. Check the total directors' shareholdings in the company, only one with less than £1,000. How many shares have all the directors purchased since 2012? Unless shown otherwise then there isn't any record of them buying. So why haven't they invest ed in this ground breaking technology? Check very recent speech or RNS where it released the total number of hours successfully tested. I believe it was 360 hours in total . Perhaps somebody can confirm if a long term test of say 30 days at 22 hours per day using 25tpd if waste has-been carried out? That would demonstrate the robustness and integrity of the unit and ceramic chamber .
